عنوان فارسی تدوین منشور حقوق بیماران روان‌پزشکی در ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: از آن جا که افراد مبتلا به اختلال روانی، بخش آسیب­پذیری از اجتماع را تشکیل می دهند، آگاهی و دانش لازم درباره حقوق آنان، ضروری است. روش­کار: در تحقیق حاضر در فاز اول از بررسی متون و در فاز دوم از تکنیک دلفی استفاده شده است. در مرحله اولیه پس از استخراج کدهای اولیه که متشکل از 5 محور اصلی و 38  کد اخلاقی فرعی بوده است، سپس جهت دریافت نظرات، اصلاحات و پیشنهادات تکمیلی در اختیار 15 روان­پزشک و15 بیمار بالغ و یا قیم آنها، 15پرستار یا روان­پرستار، 10 پزشک همراه با حقوقدانان و 10 روان­شناس بالینی قرار گرفته است و از آنها درخواست بیان نظرات و اصلاحات شد. در اجرای راند دوم دلفی، کدهای اخلاقی مورد اصلاحات و پیشنهادات به صورت پرسش­نامه تدوین گردید. پس از آن با اخذ نظر اساتید محترم راهنما و مشاور، منشور اخلاقی به صورت نسخه­ی نهایی در 5 محور اصلی  تدوین گردید. یافته­ها: منشور نهایی با5 محور اصلی شامل دریافت خدمات روان­پزشکی با کیفیت مطلوب، دریافت اطلاعات لازم به نحو مطلوب، حق انتخاب و تصمیم­گیری آزادانه­ی بیمار در دریافت خدمات روانپزشکی، احترام به حریم خصوصی بیمار و رعایت اصل رازداری و آگاهی و دسترسی به مراجع کارآمد در جهت رسیدگی به مطالبات بیمار در حوزه درمان روان­پزشکی و 40 کد، تصویب شد. نتیجه­گیری: تدوین منشور حقوق بیماران روان­پزشکی و آگاهی از آن، می­تواند اثر مثبتی بر رعایت حقوق این بیماران داشته باشد و روابط بیماران با درمانگران را بهبود بخشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Codification of the psychiatric patients rights charter in Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Because people with mental disorders are a vulnerable section of society, the knowledge and awareness about their rights is necessary. Materials and Methods: In the present study, the first phase conducted through literature review and in the second phase, the Delphi technique was used. In the initial stage after extraction of primary codes consisting of 5 main axes and 38 sub clause codes, fifteen psychiatrists and 15 adult patients or their executors, 15 nurses or psychiatric nurses, 10 physicians with jurists and 10 clinical psychologists were assigned to receive comments, amendments and suggestions and they asked for comments and corrections. In the implementation of Delphi second line, ethical codes were reformed and made as a questionnaire. Subsequently, with the opinion of the professors and consultants of the ethical charter, the final version was formulated in five main axes. Results:The final charter with five main axes includes receiving optimal quality psychiatric services, obtaining the necessary information as desired, the right to choose and freely decide the patient in receiving psychiatric services, respecting the privacy of the patient, and observing the principle of secrecy and awareness and access to effective authorities were approved to handle patient claims in the field of psychiatric treatment and 40 codes were approved. Conclusion: The codification of the psychiatric patients' rights charter and its knowledge can have a positive effect on the observance of the rights of these patients and improve patients' relations with therapists.
