عنوان فارسی نقش محیط آموزشی- پژوهشی و عوامل اجتماعی دانشگاه در خودکارآمدی پژوهشی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و اهداف : محیط آموزشی- پژوهشی و عوامل اجتماعی از مهم‌ترین عوامل درون دانشگاهی تأثیرگذار بر خودکارآمدی پژوهشی دانشجویان می‌باشند. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش محیط آموزشی- پژوهشی و عوامل اجتماعی دانشگاه در خودکارآمدی پژوهشی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود.جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده‌های پرستاری و مامایی، داروسازی، دندانپزشکی و پزشکی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای نسبی نمونه‌ای به حجم 185 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده پرسشنامه­های محیط آموزشی- پژوهشی دانشگاه، عوامل اجتماعیدانشگاه و خودکارآمدی پژوهشی بودند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها علاوه بر شاخص­های آمار توصیفی از روش‌های آمار استنباطی نیز استفاده شد . یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها بین محیط آموزشی- پژوهشی و عوامل اجتماعی دانشگاه و مؤلفه‌های آنان با خودکارآمدی پژوهشی دانشجویان رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد (01/0 > P ). خودکارآمدی پژوهشی از طریق محیط آموزشی - پژوهشی و عوامل اجتماعی دانشگاه و مؤل فه‌های آن‌ها قابل پیش بینی بود. نتایج آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای نیز نشان داد که وضعیت خودکارآمدی پژوهشی در حد مطلوبی نمی­باشد. همچنین از لحاظ کل مقیاس خودکارآمدی پژوهشی بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد (54/0 = P ، 60/0- =(181) t ).اما نتایج آزمون مانووا نشان دادند که بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر از لحاظ مؤلفه‌های خودکارآمدی پژوهشی فقط در خرده مؤلفه خودکارآمدی در مهارت‌ها تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (000/0 = P ، 80/14 = (181،1) F ) . نتیجه‌گیری: وضعیت خودکارآمدی پژوهشی در حد مطلوبی نمی‌باشد، اما با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش محیط آموزشی – پژوهشی و عوامل اجتماعی مطلوب می­توانند باعث ارتقاء خودکارآمدی پژوهشی دانشجویان گردند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Educational-research environment and social factors of internal factors of universityinfluencingtheacademicself-efficacyresearchstudents.The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of educational - research environment andsocial factor on the research self-efficacy of students of Mashhad University of Medical sciences. Method: This is across sectional analytic study. Subjects were all of students of Faculties of Nursing and Midwifery, Pharmacy, Dentistry and Medicine . One hundred and eighty five students participated in this study who were selected according to the stratified sampling method. In this study, three questionnaires were used to collect information:1) educational - research environment, 2) social factor of university and 3) research self-efficacy. Results: There was a significant positive relationship between educational - research environment, social factors of university and its components, with research self-efficacy of students (P< 0.01). Research self-efficacy is predictable through educational- research environment, social factors of university and its components. The resultsshowedthat the situationis notdesirable for conducting research.Also in terms ofthe total scale of research, self –efficacy, there was no significantdifferencebetweenmale and female students (P= 0.54).Multivariateanalysis showed that between male andfemale students, research self-efficacyOnly in sub- component of self-efficacy in skills P< 0.01. Discussion : The research self-efficacy status of students is not suitable, thus, according to the results of this research to improve the educational -research environment andsocial factors of internal factors to enhance ' self-study of students is suggested.
