عنوان فارسی بررسی نظرات دانشجویان پزشکی زاهدان در مورد تاثیر درس بهداشت۴ و اتاق مشاوره بر پایان‌نامه آنان
چکیده فارسی مقاله اهداف: درس بهداشت4 و اتاق مشاوره دانشکده پزشکی از جمله منابع کسب مهارت برای نوشتن پیشنهاده و گذراندن پایان‌نامه در دانشجویان پزشکی زاهدان می‌‌باشند. این تحقیق به بررسی نظرات دانشجویان در مورد تاثیر درس بهداشت 4 و اتاق مشاوره بر پیشنهاده و پایان‌نامه دانشجویان پزشکی می‌پردازد. روش‌ بررسی: این تحقیق توصیفی با 155 نمونه در سال‌های 1383 و 1384 در علوم پزشکی زاهدان بر روی دانشجویان پزشکی که پایان‌نامه خود را به ثبت رسانده‌اند، انجام شد. اطلاعات لازم از طریق پرسشنامه‌ای جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از آمار‌های توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون‌ کای‌دو تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج: /38% از دانشجویان با ادغام کارگاه روش تحقیق در درس بهداشت4 موافق و یا کاملاً موافق و 9/43% نیز با آن مخالف و یا کاملاً مخالف بوده‌اند. حدود 35% افراد از خدمات اتاق مشاوره در طول نوشتن پیشنهاده برخوردار شده‌اند. تاثیر استفاده از این خدمات در3/10% افراد کم و خیلی‌کم، در3/12% متوسط و در20% زیاد و خیلی زیاد بود. پاسخ افراد به برخورداری از خدمات این اتاق در زمان انجام پایان‌نامه در8/25% افراد مثبت، برای3/61% منفی می‌باشد. 85% افراد از خدمات این اتاق در زمان نوشتن پیشنهاده و انجام پایان‌نامه بهره‌مند شده و یا اصلاً بهره‌مند نشده‌اند. تاثیر استفاده از خدمات این اتاق در زمان انجام پایان‌نامه در1/7% افرادکم و خیلی‌کم، در 6/11% متوسط در 20% زیاد و خیلی زیاد بوده است. بحث : درصد زیاد افرادی که با ادغام کارگاه روش تحقیق در بهداشت 4 موافق هستند بررسی بیشتری را می‌‌طلبد. همچنین نیاز به اتاق مشاوره باید مورد ارزشیابی مجدد قرار گرفته و ادامه کار آن منوط به مفید بودن آن از دیدگاه دانشجویان باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی A Study of Medical Students' Viewpoints at Zahedan Medical University on the Effects of the Course
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objectives : The course "Health IV" and "consulting room" are two resources of learning about the method of preparing proposal and passing the final thesis for medical students at Zahedan University of Medical Sciences (ZUMS). The purpose of this study was to investigate the students' viewpoints on the effects of "Health IV" and consulting room on their final theses (pl. of thesis). Methods : The sample in this descriptive study included 155 medical students of ZUMS who had registered their theses at the school. The study was conducted during 2005-2006 and the data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed via descriptive statistics of correlation and Chi-square test. Results : The findings of the study revealed that 38.1% of the students agreed or completely agreed with integrating the two courses "Research Methods" and "Health IV". Also, 43.9% of the subjects disagreed or completely disagreed with it. Approximately, 35% of the students used the services of the consulting room in writing their proposals. The effect of this service on the final thesis was low and very low in 10.3%, moderate in 12.3%, and high and very high in 20% of the students. About 25.8% of the subjects used the room services in conducting their theses, 61.3% did not use the services. The percent of the students who used the room in writing the proposal or doing their theses or did not use it at all was 85%. The effect of the room on conducting the thesis project was low and very low in 7.1%, moderate in 11.6%, and high and very high in 20%. Conclusion : The high amount of agreement with the complete integration of the "Research Methods" and "Health IV" needs more investigation. Also, the necessity of the consulting room should be revised by the manager and its continuation should be on the students' demands.
