عنوان فارسی تبیین محتوای برقراری ارتباط موثر بین تیم درمانی و خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه: تجربه پرستاران و خانواده بیماران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با بیماران ویژگی اساسی مراقبت های پرستاری است. با این حال اغلب مطالعات، ارتباط پرستاران با بیماران را ضعیف توصیف کرده اند. شناخت محتوای ارتباط مؤثر پرستار و خانواده این امکان را فراهم می کند که ارتباط موثرتری بین تیم درمانی و خانواده های بیماران بستری در بخشهای ویژه انجام شود..هدف از این پژوهش تعیین محتو ای برقراری ارتباط مؤثر بین تیم درمانی و خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه از دیدگاه تیم مراقبت وخانواده بیماران می باشد. روش: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام گرفت. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل ده نفر از افراد درجه یک خانواده، 8 پرستار،و 4 پزشک در بخش‌های ویژه بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان بودند. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه بدون ساختار و مشاهده بود. مصاحبه‌ها به صورت بدون ساختار بود .به منظور کسب درک عمیق‌تر و تأیید داده-های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها، از روش مشاهده نیز استفاده گردید. مشاهدات بر تعاملات بین تیم مراقبت و خانواده بیماران در حین برقراری ارتباط متمرکز بودند. یافته ها: تجزیه وتحلیل دست نوشته ها در مورد مشارکت کنندگان درباره برقراری ارتباط منجر به شکل گیری پنج طبقه توجهات معنوی (امید دادن - توجه دادن به خدا و توسل به اعمال دینی و مذهبی ) ، واکنش عاطفی (همدلی ،درک متقابل ، القا آرامش ،اعتماد)، جلب مشارکت شامل (مشارکت در تصمیم گیری و مشارکت در مراقبت جسمی)، آموزش تعاملی (شناسایی نیاز اطلاعاتی خانواده ،پاسخ به نیاز خانواده بیمار و آموزش بیماران) و مشاوره و راهنمایی (مشاوره در انتخاب درمان، مشاوره در انتخاب بهترین مراقبت) شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این تحقیق باعث شناخت محتوای مهمی در فرایند برقراری ارتباط بین تیم مراقبت و خانواده بیماران شد. با شناحت کامل محتوای برقراری ارتباط، ایجاد قوانین و مقررات جدید و بکارگیری روشهای خلاق در امر اموزش برقراری ارتباط به تیم مراقبت و اجرای قوانین در عمل و پیاده سازی رویکرد بیمار محور در بالین، می توان برقراری ارتباط موثرتری داشت.

عنوان انگلیسی Determination of the Content of Communication between the Care Team and Family Members of Patients in the Intensive Care Unit: The Experience of Nurses and Patients’ Families
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Establishing an effective communication with patients is an essential aspect of nursing care. However, most studies have described the nurse-patients’ family relationship as weak. Recognition of the content of effective care team-patient’s family communication will facilitate a more affective relationship between the care team and family members of patients in intensive care units. The present study aimed to determine the content of effective communication between the care team and family members of patients in the intensive care unit from the perspective of nurses and patients’ families. Method: This study was performed with a qualitative approach and content analysis method. Participants included 8 Iranian registered nurses and 4 physicians working in intensive care units (ICU) of hospitals affiliated to Kerman University of Medical Sciences, Iran, and 10 first-degree relatives of patients. Data were collected using interviews and observations. Unstructured interviews were used in the present study. We used observation in order to gain a deeper understanding and verify data from interviews. The observations focused on the interactions between the care team and patients’ families during mutual communications. Results: The data analysis of the handwritten account of the communication of the participants resulted in five categories of spiritual care (subcategories: giving hope, considering Allah, and performing religious practices) emotional reaction (subcategories: empathy, mutual understanding, promoting comfort, and trust), encouraging participation (subcategories: participation in decision making, and participation in physical care), interactive learning (subcategories: identification of the information requirements of the family, responding to the needs of the patient’s family, and training the patients), and consultation and guidance (subcategories: consultation in selecting treatment, and selecting the best care method). Conclusion: The findings resulted in the recognition of important aspects in communication between the ICU team and the family of the patients. By identification of the content of communication, establishing new rules, and application of creative methods in educating the care team on establishing communication, implementation of rules, and application of the patient-based approach in clinical environments we can communicate more effectively.
