عنوان فارسی احیای رویکرد مرجعیت علمی در ایران: دیدگاه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: تحقق چشم انداز مرجعیت علمی ایران نیازمند نسلی است که عهده‌دار حفظ آن در دنیای رقابتی امروز باشند. دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی به عنوان نخبگان امروز و نسل جوان در این راه رسالت بزرگی دارند. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین دیدگاه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان در مورد دستیابی به مرجعیت علمی در کشور انجام شد. روش: در این پژوهش کیفی با 20 دانشجوی دختر و پسر تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان (1389) مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار به عمل آمد. تمام مصاحبه ها با یک سوال باز "وقتی می گویم مرجعیت علمی در ایران چه به ذهن شما می آید" شروع و ادامه مصاحبه با سوالات کاوشی بوده است. کلیه مصاحبه ها، ضبط، دست نویس و مطابق روش "تحلیل محتوا" آنالیز شدند. ملاک اتمام نمونه گیری اشباع مفهومی داده ها بوده است. نتایج: سه مضمون اصلی و مضامین فرعی متعددی استخراج شد. "حرف آخر علمی را زدن" مضمونی است که بیانگر معنای مفهوم مرجعیت علمی از دید مشارکت کنندگان در این مطالعه است. "استناد دادن، ارجاع دادن، کرسی داشتن در علم" از مضامین فرعی مطالعه بودند. از نظر آنان، کشور در حال حاضر از نظر مرجعیت علمی "در مرحله وابستگی علمی" می باشد. شاهد این مدعا نیز "نیاز به استفاده از مطالب ترجمه شده و انتظار برای دستاوردهای علمی خارج از کشور" است. "بومی سازی علم" مضمون کلیدی دیگری بود که ظهور یافت. "قابل حصول بودن" مضمونی است که باور شرکت کنندگان را در خصوص امکان دست یابی به مرجعیت علمی می داند. داشتن سوابق مرجعیت علمی در گذشته ایران و همچنین داشتن روحیه جهاد علمی در دانشگاهیان و دانشجویان می تواند باعث احیای این رویکرد شود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: مضامین برگرفته شده از این مطالعه طیفی از دیدگاه های دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی را نشان می دهد. در یک سر طیف عدم مرجعیت علمی در کشور و در انتهای آن قابل دستیابی بودن قرار دارد. همانگونه مقام معظم رهبری فرمودند "مرجعیت علمی با امید بایستی دنبال شود و ان‌شاءاللَّه به نتایجی خواهد رسید. یقیناً روزی خواهد رسید که شما ببینید مرجعیت علمی یافتن دانشگاه‌های ایران و دانشمندان ایران چیز دور از دسترسی نیست؛ خیلی نزدیک به شماست. شما جوان‌ها یقیناً این را خواهید دید". داده های این مطالعه می تواند در راستای اهداف ﺳﻨﺪ ﺭﺍﻫﺒﺮﺩﻱ ﺭﺳﻴﺪﻥ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﺟﻌﻴﺖ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Restoring Scientific Authority in Iran: The Perspective of Postgraduate Students in Golestan University of Medical Sciences, Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: In order for Iran to realize its vision of scientific authority it needs a generation to maintain it in this competitive world. Postgraduate students and young intellectuals have an important role in this mission. This study was conducted with the aim of explaining the perspective of postgraduate students of Golestan University of Medical Sciences, Iran, on achieving scientific authority in the country. Method: This was a qualitative study on 20 male and female postgraduate students of Golestan University of Medical Sciences. Data collection was performed with semi-structured interviews. All interviews were recorded and written, and analyzed using content analysis. Results: Three main themes and several sub-themes were extracted. The theme that expresses the concept of authority from the view of participants in this study was "to have the last word in science". Sub-themes of the study were “referring to and having authority in science". In the view of the participants, in terms of scientific authority the country is now "in the academic dependence stage". Evidenced by the "need to use translated material and wait for scientific achievements from abroad". Another key theme which emerged was "localization of knowledge". The theme "being attainable" shows the participants’ belief in the possibility of achieving scientific authority. Having a history of scientific authority in Iran and the spirit of perseverance of the academics and students can cause the restoration of this approach. Conclusion: The themes derived from the current study show a range of views of postgraduate students. At one end of the spectrum is the lack of scientific authority in the country and at the other end is being attainable. The supreme leader has said: "scientific authority must be followed with hope, and hopefully will have results. There will certainly be a day when you will see that the scientific authority of Iranian universities and scientists is within our reach. The youth will certainly see this." Data of the present study can be used in order to achieve strategic objectives in reaching scientific authority.
