عنوان فارسی مدیریت جراحی تومورهای وسیع دهانی با برداشت دو طرفه قسمت قدامی فک پایین در دو سگ
چکیده فارسی مقاله دو سگ با گروه‌های سنی متفاوت با سابقه رشد دهانی، خونریزی، ترشح بیش از حد بزاق، تنفس بد، بی اشتهایی و اختلال در بلع ارجاع داده شدند. معاینه فیزیکی رشد شبه گل کلمی مایل به رنگ قرمز در لثه نزدیک دندان‌های پیش و نیش فک پایین را تایید کرد. پروفایل‌های بیوشیمیایی سرم و هماتولوژی در محدوده نرمال بودند. رادیوگرافی ساده رشد وسیع درگیر کننده فک پایین و لثه را تایید نمود. بنابراین، برداشت قسمت قدامی فک پایین به منظور خارج نمودن توده‌های توموری انجام شد. در نهایت سگ‌ها بعد از جراحی بدون سختی در خوردن جیره مایع و نیمه جامد بهبود یافتند. پیش آگهی پس از عمل جراحی برای سگ‌های مبتلا به تومور دهانی به نوع تومور و وسعت بیماری در زمان جراحی بستگی دارد. در دو مورد بالا، تومورها خوش خیم بودند و برداشت قسمت قدامی فک پایین پیش آگهی بسیار خوب و بهبودی بدون عود مجدد تومور را فراهم نمود.

عنوان انگلیسی Surgical management of extensive oral tumors by bilateral rostral mandibulectomy in two dogs
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Two dogs of different age groups were presented with the history of oral growth, bleeding, excessive salivation, bad breath, inappetance and dysphagia. Physical examination revealed cauliflower like reddish growth in the gingiva enclosing the mandibular incisiors and canine tooth. Haematology and serum biochemical profiles were within the normal range. Plain radiography revealed extensive growth involving the lower mandible and gingiva. Hence rostral mandibulectomy was performed to excise the tumor mass. The dogs recovered uneventfully after surgery with no difficulty in feeding liquid and semisolid diet. The post operative prognosis for dogs with oral neoplasia depends on type of tumor and extent of disease at the time of surgery. In the above two cases the tumors were benign and rostral mandibulectomy provided excellent prognosis and recovery with no recurrence of tumor.
