عنوان فارسی القای تجربی جابجایی شیردان به سمت چپ: تکنیک آموزشی جدید
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف از این مطالعه، القای جابجایی شیردان به سمت چپ به منظور آشنایی و آموزش دانشجویان عمومی و تخصصی با سایر مسایل بالینی و شیوه برخورد و جراحی آن بوده است. جراحی روی 8 گاو نر جوان صورت گرفت. پس از آرامبخشی، لوله انعطاف‌پذیر دو متری از طریق بینی وارد شکمبه شد. سپس با لاپارو-رومینوتومی، 20 سانتیمتر از لوله وارد شیردان شد. دیواره شکمبه و شکم به شکل معمول بسته شد. حیوان در حالت خوابیده به راست قرار داده شد. شیردان از طریق لوله باد شد و به حیوان اجازه ایستادن داده شد. شیردان باد شده با هوا به سمت چپ، بین شکمبه و پوست جابجا گردید و جابجایی با سونوگرافی تایید شد. القای تجربی جابجایی شیردان به سمت چپ و به روش ذکر شده، روشی مناسب و بی خطر به منظور آموزش و انجام تحقیقات است.

عنوان انگلیسی Experimental induction of left abomasal displacement: a new educational technique
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study was to induce abomasal displacement to the left, and to let the undergraduate and post graduate students get used to the ping sounds of abomasum and other clinical manifestations. The procedure was carried out on eight young bulls, they were sedated and a 2 m flexible tube was inserted through the nasal canal into the rumen. By laparo-rumenotomy, 20 cm of the tube was inserted into the abomasums through the omaso-abomasal groove. The rumen wall and abdominal wall were apposedroutinely. The animal was casted on its right side on the floor. The abomasum was inflated through the external end of the tube which was tied to bull’s horn base. Then the animal was allowed to stand on its feet. The gas filled abomasum was mobilized to the left flank between the body wall and the rumen. The left abomasal displacement was confirmed by ping and ultrasonography. Experimental induction of left abomasal displacement by inflating the abomasum using a nasal abomasal tube following rumenotomyis a safe and suitable technique for educational and research purposes.
