عنوان فارسی فعالیت ضد میکروبی عصاره Galla rhois علیه عفونت هلیکوباکتر پیلوری
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این مطالعه یک گیاه دارویی به نام Galla rhois (GR) از نظر فعالیت ضد هلیکوباکتر پیلوری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. GR با اتانول 70% استخراج شد. آزمایش منطقه مهار، به عنوان یک روش آزمایشگاهی برون تنی و یک مطالعه تجربی درون تنی با استفاده از مدل جربیل مغولی (Meriones unguiculatus) انجام شد. همچنین ایمنی عصاره GR در یک مطالعه حیوانی ارزیابی شد. عصاره GR فعالیت ضد هلیکوباکتر پیلوری بسیار قوی نشان داد. علاوه بر این، بر اساس معیارهای هیستولوژیکی و طبق آزمون اوره آز سریع مشخص شد که این عصاره اثر درمانی بسیار بالایی علیه عفونت هلیکوباکتر پیلوری که به صورت تجربی در حیوانات ایجاد شده است دارد. نتایج مطالعات ایمنی نشان داد که حیوانات هیچ تغییر هیستولوژیک قابل مشاهده‌ای بعد از 28 روز درمان با عصاره GR نداشتند. این نتایج نشان داد که عصاره GR به طور موفقیت‌آمیزی عفونت هلیکوباکتر پیلوری را درمان می‌کند و سبب محافظت از آسیب‌های ناشی از هلیکوباکتر پیلوری می‌شود. این گیاه می‌تواند یک درمان امید بخش برای بیماران مبتلا به دردهای معده از جمله زخم معده ناشی از هلیکوباکتر پیلوری باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Antibacterial activities of Galla rhois extracts against Helicobacter pylori infection
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this study, a medicinal plant, Galla rhois (GR), was examined and screened for its anti-Helicobacter pylori activity. Galla rhois was extracted with 70% ethanol. Inhibitory zone tests, as in vitro assays, and an in vivo study using a Mongolian gerbil (Meriones unguiculatus) model were performed. The safety of the GR extract was then evaluated in an animal study. The Galla rhois extract demonstrated a strong anti-H. pylori activity as well as strong therapeutic effects against H. pylori infection in the in vivo animal experiments based on the histological criteria and the rapid urease test. Results of the safety study revealed that the animals had no detectable gross or histological changes after a 28 day treatment with the GR extract. These results demonstrate that the GR extract successfully cured H. pylori infections and protected against H. pylori-induced pathology. This herb could be a promising treatment for patients with gastric complaints including gastric ulcers caused by H. pylori.
