عنوان فارسی اولتراسونوگرافی مد B اختلالات چشمی: مروری بر ۱۸۲ قلاده سگ
چکیده فارسی مقاله  اولتراسونوگرافی تنها روش کاربردی برای تصویربرداری از قسمت خلفی چشم در زمان کدورت محیط ناقل نور است. این مطالعه شامل 182 سگ دارای اختلالات چشمی که از دسامبر 2008 تا آگوست 2010 به بخش ارجاع شده بودند می‌شود. همه حیوانات تحت معاینه دقیق چشمی و اولتراسونوگرافی مد B چشم با پروب خطی 18-5/7 مگاهرتز قرار گرفتند. اولتراسونوگرافی خطوط هایپراکوی نازک را در عدسی 40 سگ نشان داد که نشانگر مراحل اولیه کاتاراکت می‌باشد. در 10 مورد حاشیه هایپراکوی نازک پیرامون عدسی دیده شد که نشانگر کاتاراکت قشری بود. در 82 مورد تمام عدسی اکوژن شده بود که نشان دهنده کاتاراکت کامل (کاتاراکت مرکزی) می‌باشد. در3 مورد کپسول چروکیده شده بود که نشانگر کاتاراکت مورگاگنی است. برای تهیه تصاویر قسمت خلفی چشم از پروب 12-5/7 مگاهرتز استفاده شد. در 2 مورد در رفتگی ناقص عدسی، در 14 مورد جدا شدگی شبکیه و در 4 مورد جدا شدگی شبکیه پیچیده دیده شد. دژنراسیون خلفی زجاجیه در 15 سگ وجود داشت. اولتراسونوگرافی خونریزی زجاجیه را در 10 مورد و آستروئید هیالوسیس و جداشدگی عصب چشمی را هر کدام در یک سگ نشان داد.

عنوان انگلیسی B-scan ultrasonography of ocular abnormalities: a review of 182 dogs
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Ultrasonography is the only practical method for obtaining images of the posterior segment of the eye when the light-conducting media are opaque. In this study, 182 dogs with ocular abnormalities presented to the Department of Veterinary Surgery and Radiology from December 2008-August 2010 were included. All the animals were subjected to detailed ophthalmic examination and B-scan ultrasonography of the eyes with a 7.5-18 MHz linear probe. Ultrasonography revealed thin hyperechoic lines of the lens indicating early cataract changes in 40 cases. In 10 cases, thin hyperechoic rims around the lens suggestive of cortical cataract wereevident. In 82 cases, the entire lens was echogenically consistent with complete cataract (nuclear cataract). In 3 cases the capsule appeared wrinkled, suggesting morgagnian cataract. To obtain images from the posterior segment of the eye, a 7.5-12 MHz linear probe was used. In two cases, there was sub-luxation of the lens, while in 14 cases, retinal detachment was observed. Complicated retinal detachments had occurred in four cases. Posterior vitreal degeneration was seen in 15 dogs. Ultrasonography revealed vitreal hemorrhage in 10 cases and asteroid hyalosis and optic nerve avulsion in one case each.
