عنوان فارسی اثر تغذیه با تفاله دانه karanj سم‌زدایی شده بر ایمنی و آسیب شناسی بره‌های در حال رشد
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این گزارش اثر تغذیه با تفاله دانه karanj سم‌زدایی شده به عنوان پروتئین جایگزین کنجاله سویا بر ایمنی و آسیب شناسی بره‌های در حال رشد شرح داده می‌شود. 24 بره نر 4 تا 6 ماهه به چهار گروه 6 تایی تقسیم شدند و با سطوح مختلف تفاله دانه karanj سم‌زدایی شده (dKC 0%, dKC 25%, dKC 50%, dKC 75%) به مدت 140 روز تغذیه شدند. اثرات ماده مذکور بر پاسخ ایمنی هومورال و سلولی به ترتیب با استفاده از تیتر آنتی‌بادی بر علیه واکسن طاعون نشخوارکنندگان کوچک (PPR) و آزمایش تکثیر لنفوسیتی بررسی گردید. کاهش معنی‌داری در ایمنی هومورال در گروه تغذیه شده با دوز بالا مشاهده شد و هیچ نوع تغییری در شاخص تحریک لنفوسیت‌ها در هیچکدام از گروه‌ها دیده نشد. در هیستوپاتولوژی، گروه dKC 75 تغییرات شدیدی را در روده، بیضه و گره لنفی مزانتریک نشان دادند. بنابراین تفاله دانه karanj سم‌زدایی شده برای تغذیه بره‌های در حال رشد تا سطح جایگزینی 50% پروتئین بدون اثر جانبی بر ایمنی و آسیب شناسی، مفید است.

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of feeding detoxified karanj seed cake on immunity and pathology in growing lambs
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This scientific report describes the effect of feeding detoxified karanj seed cake as protein replacement of soya bean meal on immunity and pathology in growing lambs. Twenty-four male lambs, 4-6 months of age were divided into four groups of six each and fed with different levels of detoxified karanj seed cake (dKC 0%, dKC 25%, dKC 50%, dKC 75%) for 140 days. Effect on humoral and cell mediated immunity was assessed by antibody titer against Peste des petites ruminants (PPR) vaccination and lymphocyte proliferation assay, respectively. Significant decrease in the humoral immunity in high dose fed group and no change in stimulation index of lymphocytes in all the groups were observed. On histopathology, dKC 75 showed severe changes in intestine, testis and mesenteric lymph node. Thus, the present process of detoxification of karanj seed cake is useful for feeding growing lambs up to 50% protein replacement levels, with little adverse effect on immunity and pathology.
