عنوان فارسی تعیین الگوی مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی در سویه‌های اشریشیا کلی جداشده از مدفوع حیوانات یک دامداری
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی الگوی مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی سویه‌های اشریشیا کلی جدا شده از حیوانات به منظور مشخص کردن میزان گسترش مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی می‌باشد. 28 سویه اشریشیا کلی از نمونه‌های مدفوع جدا شدند و الگوی مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی آن‌ها با استفاده از روش انتشار دیسک تعیین گردید. مقاومت به آموکسی‌سیلین، استرپتومایسین، سفپیم، آزترونام، آموکسی‌سیلین/کلاولانیک اسید، سیپروفلوکساسین و سفتریاکسون در همه سویه‌ها مشاهده گردید. حدود 50 تا 75 درصد سویه‌ها به بیشتر از پنج نوع آنتی‌بیوتیک (مقاومت دارویی چندتایی)، مقاومت نشان دادند. این نتایج می‌تواند بیان کننده پخش خطر مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی در بین حیوانات و از حیوانات به انسان از طریق مصرف محصولات غذایی با منشا دامی یا در اثر تماس نزدیک با آن‌ها باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Determination of antibiotic resistance pattern in Escherichia coli strains isolated from animal faeces in a farm house
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present study aimed to evaluate the antibiotic resistance pattern of Escherichia coli strains isolatedfrom animals to ascertain the levels of antibiotic resistance pervasiveness. A total of 28 E. coli strains wereisolated from faecal samples and the antibiotic resistance pattern of E. coli strains was determined by meansof disc diffusion assay. The resistance pattern determined for all strains was amoxicillin, streptomycin,cefepime, azteronam, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, ciprofloxacin and ceftriaxone. About 50-75% of the strainswere reported as resistant to more than five antibiotics (multidrug-resistant). This might result in broadeningof the antibiotic resistance canvas among animals and from animals to human taking the animal foodproducts or living in close contact with them.
