عنوان فارسی مطالعه تغییرات بافتی در کلیه ماهی زروک Scatophagus argus در پاسخ به تغییرات ناگهانی شوری
چکیده فارسی مقاله به منظور مطالعه نقش کلیه ماهی در تنظیم اسمزی تعداد 200 عدد ماهی زروک نابالغ (Scatophagus argus) به مدت 15 روز تحت تاثیر 4 شوری مختلف قرار گرفته و در طول این مدت تغییرات ریخت سنجی کمی بافت کلیه در فاصله‌های زمانی 1، 2، 10 و 15 روز پس از انتقال مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج کلی حاکی از کاهش معنی‌دار تعداد لوله‌های جمع‌کننده و گلومرل‌ها در ماهیان تحت تاثیر قرار گرفته با شوری‌های بالا (g/1 30، 20، 10) در مقایسه با انواع متراکم وسیع و عضلانی موجود در انواع ماندگار در آب شیرین و تحت تاثیر قرارگرفته با شوری g/l 5 بود. به طور کلی شاید به توان تغییرات حادث شده در مطالعه حاضر را به نقش متفاوت کلیه ماهیان استخوانی در آب شور و شیرین نسبت داد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In order to study the role of the kidney in fish osmoregulation, freshwater acclimatized juvenile spottedscat (Scatophagus argus L.) were subjected to four different salinities and observed for histomorphometricchanges of the kidney at 1, 2, 10 and 15 days post transfer time points. The overall morphological changesdisplayed by fish kidney included significant decrease in the density of collecting tubules and glomeruliwhen subjected to higher salinity levels (10, 20 or 30 g/l) in comparison to proliferated, extensive, dense and muscular ones retained in the kidney of residents in freshwater and also of 5 g/l adapted animals. Inconclusion, the observed histomorphological changes in the current study agree well with previouslyestablished physiological differences in the function of teleost kidney in freshwater and in the seawater.
