عنوان فارسی ارزیابی رادیوگرافیک پنج تکنیک مختلف تزریق داخل بورس استخوان کنجدی پایینی در گاو
چکیده فارسی مقاله  تکنیک‌های بسیاری برای تزریق و دسترسی به بورس استخوان کنجدی پایینی (بورس نویکولار) به ویژه در اسب معرفی شده است، اما تعاریف علمی‌ اندکی در این زمینه در مورد گاو وجود دارد. لذا، در این مطالعه پنج تکنیک مختلف که شامل رهیافت دیستال پلانتار موازی با نوار تاجی (DPPCB)، رهیافت دیستال پلانتار موازی با کف سم (DPPS)، رهیافت غیر محوری (Ab45)، رهیافت پروکسیمال پلانتار (PP30) و رهیافت تزریق به داخل مفصل بین بند انگشتی تحتانی (DIPJ) بوده، برای دسترسی و تزریق به بورس استخوان کنجدی پایینی در گاو مقایسه شده است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، تعداد دفعات ورود سر سوزن تا قرار گیری صحیح آن در رهیافت DIPJ و DPPS به طور محسوسی کمتر از دیگر رهیافت‌ها می‌باشد (P< 0.05). همچنین تعداد دفعات تزریق موفق ماده حاجب بعد از ورود صحیح سر سوزن، در رهیافت DIPJ با رهیافت‌های DPPCB، PP30 و Ab45 دارای تفاوت معنی‌دار بود (P< 0.05). با توجه به عدم وجود ارتباط مستقیم بین بورس استخوان کنجدی پایینی و مفصل بین بند انگشتی پایینی، استفاده از رهیافت دیستال پلانتار موازی با کف سم برای دسترسی و تزریق به بورس استخوان کنجدی پایینی در گاو توصیه گردید.

عنوان انگلیسی Radiographic comparison of five different techniques for injection into the distal sesamoid bursa in cattle
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Numerous techniques for injection into the distal sesamoid bursa (navicular bursa) have been described, especially in equine, but there are few specific descriptions regarding this practice being done in cattle. Five different techniques were compared for injection into the distal sesamoid bursa in cattle including distal plantar approach parallel with the coronary band, proximal plantar approach, distal plantar approach parallel with the sole, abaxial approach, and distal interphalangeal joint injection. The results revealed that the numbers of needle insertion until proper placement is significantly less in the DIPJ and the DPPS techniques compared to the others (P< 0.05). Also, based on the times of contrast agent injection after the correct successful needle insertion, there were significant differences between DIPJ with DPPCB, PP30 and the Ab45 techniques (P< 0.05). According to the absence of direct communication between the distal sesamoid bursa and distal interphalangeal joint, the placement of the needle through distal plantar approach parallel with the sole was suggested.
