عنوان فارسی اهمیت ویتامین‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان در شرایط استرس و فرآیند تولیدمثل در نشخوارکنندگان
چکیده فارسی مقاله آنتی‌اکسیدان‌های طبیعی مانند ویتامین E، β کاروتن و ویتامین C استرس اکسیداتیو ناشی از شرایط فیزیولوژیک و پاتولوژیک را کاهش می‌دهند. استرس اکسیداتیو ممکن است در بافت‌ها و زمان‌های مختلف و نیز با مکانیسم‌های متفاوتی در موجود زنده روی دهد. مقادیر پایین ویتامین‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان با مشکلات تولید و تولیدمثل در نشخوارکنندگان همراه می‌باشد. بنابراین لازم است که در زمان‌های معینی این آنتی‌اکسیدان‌ها، جایگزین شده یا به صورت مکمل به حیوان داده شوند تا سلامت و عملکرد تولید و تولیدمثلی حیوان بهبود یابد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The naturally occurring antioxidants: vitamin E, β-carotene and vitamin C are known to ameliorate theoxidative stress generated during various physiological and pathological conditions. The oxidative stress mayoccur at different sites, different times, and by different mechanisms in the animal system. Lower levels ofthe anti-oxidant vitamins are associated with poor fertility and production levels in ruminants. Theseantioxidants need to be replenished/regenerated or supplemented at appropriate timings in order to optimizethe ruminant health and productive/reproductive performance.
