عنوان فارسی گلوکوم ثانویه ناشی از لیپوم اطاقک قدامی و التهاب عنبیه و اجسام مژگانی در یک قلاده سگ نژاد پکینز
چکیده فارسی مقاله گزارش درمانگاهی حاضر معرفی یک مورد نادر گلوکوم ثانویه ناشی از لیپوم اطاقک قدامی و التهاب عنبیه و اجسام مژگانی در نژاد پکینز در ایران می‌باشد. یک قلاده سگ 4 ساله نر اخته شده از نژاد پکینز با نقص بینایی چشم چپ، درد، مالیدن چشم چپ بر روی فرش، حضور توده شیری رنگ در اطاقک قدامی چشم و از دست دادن اشتها به درمانگاه دامپزشکی بخش خصوصی ارجاع داده شد. معاینه درمانگاهی، آزمایش‌های خون‌شناسی و بیوشیمیایی، رنگ‌آمیزی فلورسئین، اندازه‌گیری فشار داخل چشم و مطالعات اولتراسونوگرافی انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج، درمان‌های دارویی و جراحی انجام پذیرفت. توده مذکور با شیوه جراحی برداشته شد و مطالعه آسیب‌شناسی لیپوم را تایید نمود. ظاهر چشم در طی مدت 6 هفته به وضعیت طبیعی بازگشت. نویسندگان اعتقاد دارند که توده شیری رنگ حاضر در اطاقک قدامی چشم با ایجاد نقصان در جریان خروج مایع از زاویه عنبیه‌ای-قرنیه‌ای و التهاب عنبیه و اجسام مژگانی باعث گلوکوم ثانویه شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Secondary glaucoma due to anterior chamber lipoma and uveitis in a Pekingese dog
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present study introduces a rare case with secondary glaucoma due to anterior chamber lipoma and uveitis in a Pekingese dog in Iran. A four-year-old castrated male Pekingese dog was referred to the private clinic with impaired vision of the left eye, pain, rubbing the left eye onto carpet, presence of a milkycoloured mass into the anterior chamber, and loss of appetite. The clinical examination, haematological and biochemical tests, fluorescein staining, measurement of intraocular pressure and ultrasonography were conducted. Based on all results, medical and surgical treatments were carried out. The mass was removed surgically and its histopathologic study revealed lipoma. The eye appearance became normal within 6 weeks. Authors concluded that the milky-coloured mass in the anterior chamber may have caused secondary glaucoma due to obstruction of the aqueous outflow from iridocorneal angle and uveitis.
