عنوان فارسی ارزیابی کارایی شبکه منطقه ای تولید و جمع آوری شیر در بخش مرکزی شهرستان هشترود با استفاده از GIS
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده پیوندهای فضایی – مکانی در عرصه منطقه­ای موجب شکل­گیری شبکه­های مختلف و تعامل دو سویه میان سکونتگاه­ها روستایی و کانون­های شهری می­شود. این شبکه­ها زمینه ساز شکل گیری روابط متقابل با استفاده از قابلیت­های متنوع و مکمل مراکز مختلف شهری و روستایی و انتقال مازاد محصولات کشاورزی به سوی نقاط شهری و بازارهای مصرف است. پیوند نقاط روستایی با صنایع فرآوری مواد لبنی از طریق واحد­ها ی تولید و عوامل جمع­آوری شیر ایجاد می­گردد که زمینه­ی شکل­گیری شبکه­های تولید و جمع­آوری شیر را فراهم می­کند و باعث اتصال عملکرد نواحی کشاورزی به صنایع شهری می شود. این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی کارایی این شبکه های منطقه ای تولید و جمع­آوری شیر انجام گرفته است. برای بررسی این موضوع از روش تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی و برای گردآوری اطلاعات از دو روش اسنادی و پیمایش میدانی استفاده شده است. به منظور بررسی وضع موجود، مکان­یابی ایستگاه­های جدید و بهینه سازی و اصلاح شبکه از مدل پتانسیل اقتصادی و مدل حمل و نقل با عنایت به رویکرد سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم گیری و با استفاده ترکیبی از نرم افزارهای GIS و GAMS بهره گرفته شده است. نتاج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که شبکه در وضع موجود با کاستی ها و نواقصی از جمله کمبود ایستگاه جمع آوری، پایین بودن ظرفیت برخی ایستگاه ها جهت پذیرش شیر تولیدی، عدم پوشش همه روستا های موجود در محدوده شبکه و کیفیت نامناسب دسترسی ها و نیز طولانی شدن بازه زمانی دسترسی از محل تولید تا ایستگاه مورد نظر مواجه می باشد. لذا با توجه به حجم تولید و ظرفیت ایستگاه های موجود برای کاهش هزینه­ها و رعایت فاصله استاندارد مسافت طی شده شیر از زمان دوشیده شدن تا نزدیک­ترین مرکز جمع­آوری و کاهش تبعات منفی آن ایستگاه جدیدی در شرق شهرستان مکان­یابی و تغییرات لازم دروضع موجود شبکه از طریق تغییر یال­های انتقال جریان­ها به گره­ها اعمال گردید. واژگان کلیدی: شبکه­های منطقه­ای، مساله حمل و نقل، مدل پتانسیل اقتصادی، تولید شیر، شهرستان هشترود

عنوان انگلیسی Efficiency Evaluation of the Regional Network of Milk Production and Collection in the Central District of Hashtrood Township Using GIS
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Spatial linkages in regional field form different networks and cause reciprocal interactions between rural settlement and the urban centers. These networks use complementary and various capabilities of different urban centers to form reciprocal interactions and convey the surplus of agricultural production to the urban points and markets. The milk collection centers and the milk production units create linkages between rural centers and the dairy industries. This forms the milk production and collection networks and connects the agricultural areas to urban industries. This research aims to use descriptive analysis methods for evaluating the efficiency of these milk production and collection regional networks. For this mean, data have been collected by documentary and field study. For examining the current situation, locating new stations, and optimizing and reforming the network, potential model and transportation model have been applied by considering decision support system and using GIS and GAMS software. The results of this research show that the network at the current situation faces some problems such as lack of collecting stations, low capacity of some stations for receiving the produced milk, lack of cover age fall villages in the network limits, low quality and long time access from the producing units to stations. Thus, according to the volume of the production and the capacity of the existing stations, for reducing the costs and following the standard rule of maximum distance between milking location and the nearest collection stations and decreasing its negative results, new station was located and the necessary changes were applied to the current conditions of the network through the change of flow transfer arcs to nodes.
