چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف مقاله حاضر تحلیل تحول در راهبرد کلان آمریکا است. در این راستا سؤال اصلی مقاله این‌گونه مطرح می‌شود که چه تغییراتی در راهبرد کلان آمریکا پس دوره اوباما رخ‌داده است؟ لازم به اشاره است که اصل ایجاد تغییر در راهبرد کلان مورد تائید دو حزب اصلی در آمریکا است، اما سران دو حزب در مورد چگونگی تغییر باهم اختلافات گسترده‌ای دارند که این اختلافات خودش را در راهبردهای متفاوت باراک اوباما و ترامپ نشان داده است. با عنایت به این شرایط فرضیه مقاله اینگونه مطرح می‌شود که دولت‌های اوباما و ترامپ را باید آغازگر تحول در راهبرد کلان آمریکا به خصوص در قبال منطقه خاورمیانه در نظر گرفت، چراکه هر دو دولت قائل به رهبری یک‌جانبه و پرهزینه آمریکا نبوده و نیستند. بااین‌حال دولت اوباما خواهان تداوم رهبری آمریکا بر پایه ائتلاف با متحدان و چندجانبه‌گری بود، اما دولت ترامپ با کنارگذاشتن رهبری و ارزش‌های سنتی آمریکایی، به دنبال ملی‌گرایی و احیای برتری آمریکا به شکل یکجانبه است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهند، نشانه‌های تحول در راهبرد کلان آمریکا از دوران اوباما با تغییر سیاست از یکجانبه‌‌گرایی به چندجانبه‌گرایی و تغییر سیاست نسبت به سازمان‌های بین‌الملی، متحدان و موضوعات منطقه‌ای به خصوص در خاورمیانه آغاز و در دوران ترامپ با خروج آمریکا از برخی معاهدات بین‌المللی و تغییر سیاست در قبال متحدان و البته رقبا و دشمنان تداوم پیدا کرده است. روش تحقیق مقاله حاضر روش توصیفی و تحلیلی است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This paper is an exploration is to changes in the Us’s grand strategy. The before, the main argument is around the nature of such changes since Obama's administration. It is necessary to note that this principle of making changes in American grand strategy is approve by both parties; however, there is a wide range of disagreement among the leaders of both parhes over how such changes are made. This lack of agreement is represented by different strategies adopted by Obama and Trump. Given such circumstances, the above argument is reformulated as following: Since the administration of Obama and Trump are not associated with an American unilateral and costly leadership, they should be considered as the forerunners of changes in the Us’s grand strategy, particularly in the Middle East. Never the less, Obama's administration continues to support an American leadership based an its coalition with the allies and multilateralism. On the other side, Trump’s administration, while casting away the American leadership and its traditional values, unilaterally opts to restore the Us’s nationalism and dominance. The findings suggest that the signs of change in American grand initially start with a change in Obama's approach including moving from unilateralism to multilateralism and aching in its approach to international agencies, its allies and regional issues particularly in the Middle East, and still continues in Trump’s administration with the Us’s with drawal from some international agreements and a change in its strategy about the allies, competitors and enemies. This study is descriptive-analytical in nature.
