عنوان فارسی بررسی نگرش پزشکان نسبت به اهدای عضو و میزان آگاهی از قوانین و مقررات و روند انجام آن در مرگ مغزی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: ضربه مغزی یکی از شایع ترین علل فوت در حوادث می باشد. سالانه بیش از 15000 مورد مرگ مغزی در اثر سوانح و تصادفات در کشور ما رخ می دهد که کمتر از 10% آنها جزو اهداکنندگان عضو می باشند. تعداد پیوند اعضا در کشور ما به دلیل کمبود اعضای اهدایی قابل پیوند بسیار پایین تر از اروپا و آمریکا بوده، بنابراین هر ساله هزاران نفر جان خود را از دست می دهند. در این مطالعه سعی شد به بررسی آگاهی و نگرش پزشکان به عنوان افرادی که می توانند در تقویت باورهای مثبت و افزایش آگاهی عمومی و آموزش مؤثر مردم نسبت به اهدای عضو نقش اساسی ایفا نمایند، پرداخته شود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه مقطعی در تابستان 1386 به منظور تعیین آگاهی و نگرش پزشکان شهر کرمان نسبت به اهدای عضو در موارد مرگ مغزی صورت گرفت. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه خودساخته و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی - سیستماتیک استفاده گردید که به طور کلی 400 پزشک مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون های مجذور کای و تی استفاده شد. یافته ها: در این بررسی حدود 55% از پزشکان با پیوند عضو در مرگ مغزی موافق بودند اما تنها حدود 80% راضی به تکمیل و امضای کارت اهدای عضو گردیدند. 6/49% پزشکان از سطح آگاهی خوب و 4/11% از سطح آگاهی ضعیف برخوردار بودند. 5/65% افراد نگرش مثبت و 3/2% نگرش منفی داشتند که طی بررسی دقیق تر نشان داده شد که رابطه معنی داری بین سطح آگاهی و نگرش وجود دارد (001/0 >P). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نقش مهم پزشکان در فرایند اهدای عضو، برنامه ریزی آموزشی در جهت افزایش آگاهی و تقویت انگیزه و اعتماد به نفس در آن ها برای ایجاد ارتباط بهتر با نزدیکان بیماران مبتلا به مرگ مغزی توصیه می گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی The study of physican attitude concerning organ donation and the level of information about laws & sanctions and the procedure in brain death
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & Aim: Head truma is one of the most prevalent causes of brain death in accidental events. Annually, in our country, more than 15000 of brain death cases happen because of the accidents which less than %10 of them are organ donors. The number of organs donation has been less than in Europe or America because of the transplantable donative organs there for so many people loose their lives every year. In this study, we tried to study the physican attitude as someone who can educate and encourage the people to donate organs. Materials & Methods: This cross sectional study has been done in 2007 in order to appoint the level of information & knowledge in physicians with regard to organ donation in brain death cases in kerman. self made questionaire & random sample survey have been used to collect data. The questionaire has being arranged in 3 parts which includes, demographic traits, the evaluation of view points, and the evaluation of knowledge. Generally, 400 physicians are being studied in kerman and all the questions have been completed and spss software and K & T test have been used to analyze data. Findings: In this study, about %55 of physiciansagreed agreed with the organ transplant in brain death but only about %80 agreed with filling and signing the organ donation card. %49.6 of physicians had high level of information and %11.4 had low level of information. %65.5 had positive opinions and %2.3 had negative opinions. According to an accurate study, it has shown that there is a meaningful relationship between the level of information , and attitude (P < 0.001). Conclusion: With due attention to the important role of physicians in organ donation process, it has strongly being recommended to have edncational planning in order to increas the level of information and reinforce their motive and their self esteem to make a better relationship with the brain death relatives.
