عنوان فارسی ارائه مدلی به منظور توسعه ارتباط صنعت با دانشگاه، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی- شهر تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: هدف پژوهش حاضر عبارت بود از ارائه مدلی به منظور توسعه ارتباط صنعت با دانشگاه، که در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحدهای شهر تهران صورت گرفت. روش کار: روش پژوهش عبارت از روش ترکیبی کیفی به روش تئوری زمینه ای و مدل معادلات ساختاری به روش کمی بود. جامعه پژوهش در بخش کیفی عبارت بودند از اساتید، متخصصان و خبرگان در این حوزه و در بخش کمی عبارت از کلیه رؤسای دانشگاه‌های آزاد تهران، رؤسای دانشکده‌ها و رؤسای مراکز ارتباط با صنعت در دانشگاه بودند. تعداد نمونه در بخش کیفی که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شد، 12 نفر از اساتید، متخصصان و خبرگان و در بخش کمی، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 337 نفر از اساتید و صاحب نظران انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق عبارت از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده، در بخش کیفی به روش گراندد تئوری و از طریق کدگذاری (باز، محوری و انتخابی) با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA و در بخش کمی به دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS 16 و Smart PLS انجام شد. یافته ها:  نتایج‌ نشان داد هشت مولفه در تبیین مدل توسعه ارتباط صنعت با دانشگاه، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی - واحدهای شهر تهران نقش داشتند که عبارت بودند از: بعد فردی- مؤلفه فکری، بعد فردی- مؤلفه نگرشی، بعد فردی- مؤلفه مهارتی، بعد فردی- مؤلفه روان شناختی، بعد فردی- مؤلفه جمعیت شناختی، بعد سازمانی- مؤلفه‌های قانونی و حقوقی، بعد سازمانی- مؤلفه فرهنگی، بعد سازمانی- مؤلفه مدیریتی، بعد سازمانی- مؤلفه مالی، بعد سازمانی- مؤلفه ساختاری، بعد سازمانی- مؤلفه سیاستگذاری، بعد سازمانی- مؤلفه دولتی، بعد محیطی- مؤلفه ویژگی‌های صنعت، و در نهایت بعد محیطی- مؤلفه زیرساختی. نتیجه گیری: جهت بررسی برازش مدل، به بررسی X2، R و RS پرداخته شد که وجود X2 پایین و نسبت کای دو به درجه آزادی کمتر از سه، و همچنین ضریب تعیین و ضریب تعیین تعدیل شده محاسبه شده؛ نشان‌دهنده برازش مناسب مدل بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Presenting a Model to Develop the Relationship between Industry and University in the Units of Tehran, Islamic Azad University
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: The purpose of this study was to provide a model to develop the relationship between industry and the university in the units of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran. The research method was qualitative hybrid method by grounded theory and structural equation model by quantitative method. Methods: The research community in the qualitative section consisted of professors, specialists and experts in this field and the quantitative section consisted of all the deans of Tehran Azad University, the deans of the faculties and the heads of the industrial relations centers in the university. The number of samples in the qualitative section that was purposefully selected was 12 professors, specialists and experts and in the quantitative section, 337 professors and experts were selected using the Cochran's formula.The research tools were semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire. Analysis of collected data, in the qualitative part was done by grounded theory method and through coding (open, axial and selective) using MAXQDA software and in the quantitative part by descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS 16 software and Smart PLS. Results: Eight components are involved in explaining the development model of industry-university relationship in the units of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran, which are: individual dimension - intellectual component, individual dimension - attitudinal component, individual dimension - skill component, individual dimension - psychological component, individual dimension - demographic component, organizational dimension - legal components, organizational dimension - cultural component, organizational dimension - component managerial, organizational dimension - financial component, organizational dimension - structural component, organizational dimension - policy component, organizational dimension - government component, environmental dimension - industry characteristics component, and finally environmental dimension - infrastructure component. Conclusion: To check the fit of the model, check the X2, R and RS; it was discussed that the presence of low X2 and the ratio of chi-square to the degree of freedom less than three, as well as the coefficient of determination and the adjusted coefficient of determination were calculated; which indicates the proper fit of the model.
