عنوان فارسی بررسی عملکرد دانشگاه‌های علوم‌ پزشکی ایران در راستای اطلاع‌رسانی و آموزش‌های بهداشتی پیش‌گیرانه در زمینه ویروس کرونا با ارزیابی وب‌سایت دانشگاه‌ها در سال ۱۳۹۹: یک گزارش کوتاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: اطلاع­رسانی درخصوص ویروس کرونا می­تواند مانع از ابتلاء به بیماری و کاهش بار اقتصادی بر مردم و وزارت بهداشت شود و وب­سایت­ها یکی از ابزار اطلاع­رسانی محسوب می­شوند. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین عملکرد دانشگاه‌های علوم­پزشکی کشور در راستای اطلاع‌رسانی و آموزش‌های بهداشتی پیش­گیرانه در زمینه ویروس کرونا انجام شد. مواد و روش­ها: این پژوهش توصیفی در سال 1399 بر روی وب‌سایت دانشگاه‌های علوم­پزشکی ایران در سه دسته (دانشگاه‌های تیپ1، تیپ2 و تیپ3) انجام شد. ابزار مورد استفاده چک‌لیستی درخصوص بررسی اطلاعات عمومی وب‌سایت‌ها، وضعیت اطلاع‌رسانی و مطالب آموزش بهداشت فردی و بهداشت محیطی جهت پیش­گیری و کنترل ویروس کرونا بود. داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون مجذور کای تجزیه­و­تحلیل شد. یافته­ها: در مطالعه حاضر، صفحات وب‌سایت مربوط به 48 دانشگاه علوم­پزشکی ایران از 19 دانشگاه تیپ یک، 21 دانشگاه تیپ دو، و 8 دانشگاه تیپ سه بررسی شدند. میانگین و انحراف­معیار نمره وب‌سایت‌ها درخصوص اطلاع‌رسانی و اخبار ویروس کرونا 75/1±54/8، و مطالب آموزشی بهداشت فردی و محیطی ویروس کرونا 14/1±96/10 بودند که نشان­دهنده وضعیت مطلوبی است. آزمون مجذور کای نشان داد بین دانشگاه‌های علوم­پزشکی براساس نوع تیپ و دسته‌بندی نمرات درخصوص وضعیت اطلاع‌رسانی مربوط به ویروس کرونا ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت (006/0=p) و وضعیت اطلاع­رسانی در دانشگاه­های تیپ یک بهتر بود. نتیجه­گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد همه دانشگاه‌های علوم­پزشکی تیپ یک و دو و بیش از نیمی از دانشگاه‌های علوم­پزشکی تیپ سه از نظر مجموع نمرات در دو حیطه اطلاع‌رسانی و آموزش بهداشت در مورد ویروس کرونا در وضعیت قابل قبول قرار داشتند. واژه­های کلیدی: دانشگاه علوم ­پزشکی، وب­‌سایت، آموزش بهداشت، پیش­گیری، ویروس کرونا

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of Iranian Universities of Medical Sciences in Terms of Information and Preventive Health Education in the Field of Coronavirus by Evaluating the Websites in 2020: A Short Report
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Informing about the coronavirus can prevent the disease and reduce the economic burden on the people and the Ministry of Health, and websites are one of the means of informing. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the performance of medical universities in terms of health information and education regarding COVID-19 by surveying the websites of Iranian medical universities. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted in 2020 on the websites of Iranian universities of medical sciences in three categories (type 1, type 2, and type 3 universities) in Babol. Data were collected according to a checklist about the general information of the universities websites, the information and news related to the coronavirus, and the content of personal health education and environmental health for preventing and controlling coronavirus. Data were analyzed using chi-square test. Results: In the present study, the websites of 48 Iranian medical universities were examined; including 19 type 1 universities, 21 type 2, and 8 type 3. The mean and standard deviation of websites scores in terms of information and news of the coronavirus was 8.54±1.75, and the personal and environmental health educational materials of the coronavirus was 10.96±1.148, which indicates a favorable situation. Chi-square test showed that the information status and news related to the coronavirus had a significant relationship with the type of medical universities (p=0.006), and the information situation at type 1 universities was better. Conclusion: The present study showed that all type 1 and type 2 universities and more than a half of type 3 medical universities were in an acceptable position in terms of total scores in the two areas of information and health education about the coronavirus.
