عنوان فارسی مقاسه سیستم طبقه بندی اقدامات کشورهای منتخب با ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه:امروزه مراقبت های بهداشتی با کیفیت ، مطلوب بدون وجود یک سیستم طبقه بندی اقدامات کامل و کارآمد امکانپذیر نخواهد بود . در این سیستم نتایج عملیات مراقبت در پرونده بیمار به صورت کدهای استاندارد ثبت می شود . ان کدها اساس تحلیل اطلاعات برای پرسنل درمانی ، پژوهشگران ، سیاست گذاران و برنامه ریزان بهداشتی است . در حال حاضر یک سیستم طبقه بندی اقدامات که بتواند در کل جهان استفاده شود، وجود ندارد و لازم است که هر کشوری با توجه به اهداف ، قوانین ؛ نیازهای ملی و استانداردها در صدد ایجاد چنین سیستمی باشد. هدف اصلی این ژوهش مطالعه و مقایسه سیستمهای ملی طبقه بندی اقدامات آمریکا ، استرالیا ، انگلیس ، کانادا و کشورهای اروپای شمالی ( دانمارک ، فنلاند ، نروژ ، سوئد و ایسلند ) بوده که ضمن آنکه از بهترین سیستم طبقه بندی در سطح جهان برخوردارند به زبان انگلیسی تدوین شده اند . در این پژوهش به بررسی وضعیت سیستم طبقه بندی اقدامات کشورمان نیز پرداخته شده است. روش پژوهش : گردآوری اطلاعات با مطالعه کتابخانه ای ، استفاده از اینترنت و پست الکترونیکی صورت گرفت . مروری بر مطالعات : در حال حاضر از سیستم های ICD-10-PCS در آمریکا ، OPCS-4 در انگلیس ، CCI در کانادا ، ACHI-1 در استرالیا و NCSP در کشورهای شمال اروپا و دو سیستم ICPM و icd-9-cm در کشورمان برای طبقه بندی اقدامات استفاده می شود . در این مطالعه ضمن اشاره به تاریخچه و روند ارتقاء این سیستمها به مزایا و محدودیت های آنها پرداخته شده است. بحث و نتیجه گیری : با توجه به محدودیت های کارآیی سیستمهای طبقه بندی اقدامات در کشورمان ، ضرورت طراحی یک سیستم طبقه بندی اقدامات ملی شدیداً احساس می شود که بتواند اطلاعات را با جزئیات مناسب ثبت نماید . قابلیتهای ثبت اطلاعات در این سیستم باید طوری طراحی شود که ضمن توجه به اهداف ، قوانین ، نیازهای ملی ، و استانداردها با توسعه تکنولوژیهای تشخیصی ـ درمانی و ارائه مراقبتهای بهداشتی در طول زمان تناسب داشته باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی The comparison of the procedure of the classification system of selected counties with Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: today, health care with desired quality, without one complete and effective procedure of the classification system it is impossible. In this system, the results of the care treatment will be registered in the patient's file with the standard codes. These codes are the basis of analysis the information for health care personnel, the investigators, policy - makers and the health - planners. Actually there is no one unique procedure of the classification system which can be used in the world, and is necessary that every country regarding to its goals, laws national. Interests and standards, considers to establish such a system. The main goal of this research is studying and comparing the national procedure of the classification - system in America, Australia , England, Canada, and northern, Europe countries (Denmark) Finland, Norway, Swede, Iceland) mean- while they have the best classification system in the whole world, they are compiled in English too. This research is dealing with a survey on the procedure of the classification system of our country too. Methodology: collecting information was made with library study, Internet and e.mail Results: for the present time the ICD-IO-PCS system in America, ACHI-I in Australia, and NCSP in the northern euro countries are used and ICPM and ICD-G-CM systems are used in our Country for the procedure of the classification. In this research, while mentioning to the short history and the process of the promotion of these systems, the advantages and the constraints were alluded. Conclusion: Regarding to the constraints of the effectiveness of actual classification system of procedures in our country, the necessity of drafting one classification system of national procedure is perceived. This system can record the information with all details. The abilities of recording the information in this system must be planned in such a way that while regarding to the goals, laws, national interests and standards could correspond with the development of diagnostic and therapeutic technologies and presentation of the health - care in the meantime.
