عنوان فارسی تأثیر هوش اخلاقی کتابداران بر بهبود رفتار شهروندی و نقش آن در ارتقای سرمایه اجتماعی کتابخانه‌ها
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارتقای قابلیت کتابداران در بهبود رفتار شهروندی در کتابخانه‌ها با به‌کارگیری هوش اخلاقی و سرمایه اجتماعی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود که به روش پیمایشی صورت گرفت. جامعه پژوهش را تمامی کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان مرکزی در سال 1397 تشکیل می‌دهند و نمونه آماری پژوهش، به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل(2005)، رفتار شهروندی پادساکف، مکنزی و بومر (1996) و سرمایه اجتماعی ناهاپیت و گوشال (1998) بود. برای تعیین روایی پرسشنامه از روش تعیین شاخص معیار کفایت نمونه‌گیری و آزمون بارتلت و بـرای تعیـین پایابی آن از آلفای کرونباخ و روایی واگرا استفاده شد. از آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف برای توزیع طبیعی داده‌ها، آزمون لوین برای تجانس واریانس داده‌ها و نیز آزمون‌های تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری به بررسی تأثیر متغیرهای مشاهده‌شده بر متغیرهای مکنون پرداخته شد.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ یافته های پژوهش: ارتباط معناداری بین هوش اخلاقی کتابداران با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و سرمایه اجتماعی کتابخانه‌ها وجود دارد.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ همچنین نتایج مدل پژوهش نشان‌دهنده برازش لازم و اثرگذاری و پیش‌بینی اثربخشی هوش اخلاقی کتابداران بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و نقش آن بر سرمایه اجتماعی کتابخانه‌ها بود.

عنوان انگلیسی The Impact of Librarians' Moral Intelligence on Improving Citizenship Behavior and Its Role in Promoting Library Social Capital
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Research Objective: The present study aims to improve the ability of librarians to improve citizenship behavior in libraries by using moral intelligence and social capital. The research was descriptive-correlational and was performed by survey method. The research community consists of all librarians working in the public libraries of Markazi province in 2017, and the statistical sample of the research was randomly selected. Research method: This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection, which was done by survey method. The research community consists of all librarians working in the public libraries of Markazi province in 1397, and the statistical sample of the study was randomly selected. Data collection tools included the moral intelligence of Lenick and Kiel (2005), the citizenship behavior of Podsakoff, Mackenzie, and Boomer (1996) and the social capital of Nahapit and Gushal (1998). To determine the validity of the questionnaire, the method of determining the standard adequacy index of sampling and Bartlett test and to determine its reliability, Cronbach's alpha and divergent validity were used. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for natural data distribution, the Levine test for homogeneity of data variance, as well as multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling tests examined the effect of observed variables on possible variables. . Research Findings: Research findings show that there is a significant relationship between librarians' moral intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior and library social capital. Also, the results of the research model It indicated the necessary suitability and effectiveness and foresight of librarians' ethical intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior and its role on the social capital of libraries.
