عنوان فارسی بررسی موانع ساختاری و کنشی تحقق حقوق شهروندی (مطالعه موردی :اقوام ترک و کرد استان آذربایجان غربی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف مقاله­ ی حاضر، بررسی موانع ساختاری و کنشی تحقق حقوق شهروندی در استان آذربایجان غربی می­باشد. در این مقاله عمدتاً از تئوری­های مارشال، فالکس، پارسونز، گیدنز و کاستلز استفاده شده است. روش تحقیق پیمایشی است که با روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای بر 384 نفر از شهروندان استان آذربایجان غربی در سال 1398 انجام شد. به­منظور آزمون فرضیه­­ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی تست مستقل و رگرسیون چندگانه­ی هم­زمان استفاده شد. پایایی پرسش­نامه بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ (ضعف در اجرای حقوق شهروندی 826/0،  تبعیض 87/0، جامعه­پذیری ناقص 918/0، تبارگرایی 73/0، حاکمیت تفکر نظام ارباب – رعیتی 72/0، رشدنیافتگی جامعه­ی مدنی 85/0، عدم مطلوبیت وضعیت موجود نظام حقوقی 896/، ضعف حکمرانی مطلوب 937/0) و برای روایی سازه و تکنیک تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده­ های این پیمایش نشان داد موانع ساختاری نظیر رشدنیافتگی جامعه­ی مدنی، حاکمیت تفکر نظام ارباب­-رعیتی، ضعف حکمرانی شایسته ، تبعیض و موانع کنشی شامل  تبارگرایی و جامعه­پذیری ناقص بر ضعف در اجرای حقوق شهروندی تأثیر دارد و به­صورت واقعی و تعدیل­یافته 1/22درصد از واریانس ضعف در اجرای حقوق شهروندی توسط متغیرهای مستقل تبیین می­شود. همچنین ضعف در اجرای حقوق شهروندی در بین پاسخ­گویان براساس قومیت آنان متفاوت نمی­باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Structural and Practical Barriers to the Realization of Citizenship (Case Study: Turkish and Kurdish Ethnicities of West Azerbaijan Province)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural and functional barriers to the implementation of citizenship rights in West Azerbaijan Province. The present study mainly uses the theories of Marshall, Faulks, Parsons, Giddens, and Castells. This research is a descriptive survey which was carried out by cluster sampling and a researcher-made questionnaire on 384 citizens of West Azarbaijan province. To test the hypotheses, Pearson correlation coefficient, independent t-test, multiple regression analysis was used. The reliability of the questionnaire was based on Cronbach's alpha (weakness in 0.826 citizenship enforcement) and construct validity and factor analysis technique were used for validity. Analysis of the survey data showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between discrimination, incomplete socialization, kinship, manorialism, underdeveloped civil society, and weak and proper governance and weakness in the implementation of citizenship rights. The weaknesses in the implementation of citizenship rights are not different among the respondents based on their ethnicity. The results of concurrent regression show that 22.7% of the variance of the weaknesses in the implementation of citizenship rights is explained and predicted by independent variables. . .
