عنوان فارسی مطالعه اثر پودر زردچوبه (Curcuma longa ) بر روی شاخص های ایمنی و ایمنی موکوسی در ماهی ازون برون
چکیده فارسی مقاله با توجه به توسعه سیستم های متراکم پرورش آبزیان و ضرورت استفاده از گیاهان دارویی به عنوان محرک رشد ، تحقیق حاضر به منظور بررسی افزودن اثر سطوح مختلف زردچوبه در جیره بر روی شاخص های ایمنی٬ ایمنی موکوسی و برخی از فاکتورهای سرمی ر ماهی ازون برون (Acipenser stellatus Pallas, 1771 ) به مدت 60 روز اجرا گردید. بدین منظور تعداد  120 عدد بچه ماهی با میانگین وزنی 5/0 ± 45 گرم و طول 5/0 ± 26 سانتی متر در 12 استخر سیمانی توزیع شدند. ماهیان در 4 گروه با 4 جیره آزمایشی محتوی سطوح مختلف زردچوبه شامل :0 ، 5/0 ، 1 و 2 درصد فرموله شده تغذیه شدند. تغذیه ماهیان در طول  دوره آزمایش 3 بار در روز و به میزان 3 درصد از وزن بدن صورت گرفت.در پایان دوره شاخص های ایمنی و ایمنی موکوسی (ALP و لیزوزیم)  ارزیابی شد. افزایش دز 2 درصد زردچوبه در جیره غذایی باعث افزایش بیان شاخص های ایمنی موکوسی (ALP و لیزوزیم) و میزان NBT ، TP ، C3،Lyzozyme وIgM  شد اما اختلاف معنی داری بین تیمار ها مشاهده نشد (p > 0/05). همچنین افزایش دز 2 درصد در جیره باعث افزایش میزان C4 ، glocoze وcortizol شد و اختلاف بین تیمار ها معنی دار بود(p< 0/05 ). بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق استفاده از پودر زردچوبه در سطح 2 درصد در جیره غذایی جهت بهبود شاخص های ایمنی و ایمنی موکوسی در ماهی ازون برون پیشنهاد می گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Study the effect of Turmeric (Curcuma longa)on growth performance parameters and expression of some growth genes in Juvenile Sevryuga (Acipenser stellatus)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Considering the development of dense aquaculture systems and the necessity of using herbs as growth stimulants, The present investigation is in order Effect of different levels of turmeric on diet on blood indicators and histopathological examination of liver, kidney and intestine in Juvenile Sevryuga(Acipenser stellatus Pallas). The duration of experience period was 60 days. For this purpose, 120 fish were distributed in 12 cement pools with average weight (45 ± 0.5 g) and length (26 ± 0.5 cm). The fish were fed in 4 groups with 4 experimental diets containing different levels of turmeric including: (0 (control), 0.5, 1 and 2%) formulated. Fish were fed two trials three times a day at 3% of body weight. At the end of the course, blood indices and histopathological examination of liver, kidney and intestine were evaluated. . Increasing the dose of 2% turmeric in the diet increased the amount of hematocrit, hemoglobin, RBC, AST and ALT and the difference between treatments was significant (P < 0.05). The results also showed that with increasing the dose in 2% turmeric, the amount of WBC and ALB increased but no significant difference was observed between treatments (P < 0.05). The results of MCV ٬ MCH and MCHC analysis showed that the amount of the mentioned indicators decreased with increasing the dose of turmeric and the difference between the treatments was significant (P < 0.05). Also, the comparison of the mean of lymphocytes, neutrophils, monocytes and eosinophils in different treatments shows that with increasing dose, the amount of lymphocytes and neutrophils increased and eosinophils decreased, so that most of them are related to treatment 3 and the difference between treatments was not significant (0.05
