عنوان فارسی نظام آراستگی در بهداشت و درمان: دیدگاه اسلام
چکیده فارسی مقاله تفکر ناب برای رشد خود به به ابزارها و روش‌هایی برای حمایت فرایند ناب و رخنه در سازمان نیاز دارد که بر انجام درست‌ترین کار، در درست‌ترین مکان و در اولین فرصت با ایجاد زمینه‌ی کاهش اتلافات و بهینه کردن فرایندها در راستای نیاز مشتری تأکید دارد. نظام آراستگی، ترسیم جریان فرایندهای ارزش در نظام و Kanban از مشهورترین و مهم‌ترین ابزارهای ناب هستند. نظام آراستگی در واقع روشی است که اتلافات را در محیط کار کاهش می‌دهد و از این طریق، موجب ایجاد محل کار بهتر، ارتباط بهتر و آراستگی عمومی در سازمان می‌شود. نظام آراستگی در غرب پایه‌گذاری شد و در ژاپن تکامل یافت و سپس به اقصی‌ نقاط جهان راه یافت. گسترش و پذیرش نظام آراستگی در کشورهای مختلف، با داشتن فرهنگ‌های متفاوت، نشان می‌دهد که مفاهیم نظام آراستگی با فرهنگ‌های گوناگون سازگار است. در فرهنگ دینی و ملی ما ایرانیان آموزه‌هایی وجود دارد که نظام آراستگی با آن عناصر سازگار است و پذیرش آن را ساده می‌سازد. ناب بر انجام درست‌ترین کار، در درست‌ترین مکان و در اولین فرصت با ایجاد زمینه‌ی کاهش اتلافات و بهینه کردن فرایندها در راستای نیاز مشتری تأکید دارد. در طول سال‌های زیادی، جوامع صنعتی از مدیریت ناب جهت بهبود فرایندهایشان بهره می‌گرفتند. علاوه بر این، مدیریت ناب در عرصه‌ی بهداشت و درمان، تأثیرات شگرفی در ساختار مدیریت و ارایه‌ی خدمت به بیماران گذاشته است. سیستم بهداشت و درمان می‌تواند از طریق اجرای سیستم مدیریت ناب، عملکرد خود را به طور چشمگیری بهبود بخشد و خدمات را در سطح عالی و به موقع به مشتری عرضه نماید. این سیستم، نگرشی جدید برای دورنما، فرهنگ و راهبرد است که ارایه‌ی خدمت با کیفیت، قیمت پایین، با کوتاه‌ترین زمان ارایه به مشتری را برای بیمارستان فراهم می‌سازد و نظام آراستگی یک ابزار، یک سیستم مدیریتی و یک فلسفه است که می‌تواند مسیر بیمارستان‌ها را به صورت مدیریت شده و سازمان‌دهی شده تغییر دهد. نظام آراستگی یک متدولوژی است که اجازه می‌دهد بیمارستان‌ها کیفیت مراقبت بیماران را با کاهش خطاها و زمان انتظار، افزایش دهند. نظام آراستگی، رویکردی است که می‌تواند از کارکنان بیمارستان و پزشکان حمایت و موانع جاری در مسیر فعالیت‌ها را حذف و به آنان کمک ‌کند که تنها بر ارایه‌ی مراقبت از بیمار متمرکز شوند. بنابراین هدف از این مقاله، معرفی و استقرار نظام آراستگی -که یکی از مهم‌ترین ابزارهای ناب است- در نظام سلامت و معرفی دیدگاه اسلام در خصوص اصول آن بود. مطالعه‌ی حاضر از دسته‌ی مطالعات مروری- نقلی (Unsystematic) است که با جستجو در موتور جستجوی Google، سایت مجلات، قرآن کریم، نهج‌البلاغه، میزان‌الحکمه، بحارالأنوار، الکافی، کنزالعمال، وسایل‌الشیعه و الخصال با واژه‌های کلیدی آراستگی، ناب، نظام سلامت، بهداشت و درمان، نظم، تزکیه، نظافت، بهداشت، پاکی، استمرار در متن و چکیده در سال 1391 انجام شد. حدود 100 مقاله، آیه، حدیث و خلاصه‌ی مقاله در کنفرانس به دست آمد که از بین آن‌ها 45 مورد بر اساس ارتباط با این مقاله انتخاب شدند. اجرای منظم مراحل نظام آراستگی، محیطی پاکیزه و بهداشتی را فراهم می‌آورد و از همه مهم‌تر تلاش برای ایجاد عادت‌های صحیح در کارکنان، مهم‌ترین عامل در تحقق محیط‌های آراسته است و این مهم در اجرای بند پنجم؛ خود انضباطی؛ (عادت به انجام کارهای صحیح به کمک آموزش و فرهنگ سازی) حاصل خواهد شد. ارایه‌ی خدمات باکیفیت در محیطی سامان یافته تحقق می یابد.

عنوان انگلیسی 5S System in Healthcare: An Islamic Point of View
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Lean thinking requires certain techniques and tools to support lean processing and to penetrate anorganization in which 5S system (sorting, set in order, shining, standardization, sustaining) is to developvalue process workflow system. Kanban, a card containing a set of manufacturing specifications andrequirements used to regulate the supply of components, is one of the most famous and important leantools. 5S system is in fact a technique to minimize wastes in the workplace and thereby can establish abetter environment, a better communication, optimize productivity and eventually provides a general 5Ssystem in the organization. 5S system has been founded in the West and was developed in Japan andevolved all around the world. Development and acceptance of 5S system in various countries withdifferent cultures indicates that the concepts of this system are compatible with a variety of cultures. Thereare some lessons and doctrines in Islam and Iranian national culture which are compatible with the 5Ssystem and can facilitate the acceptance of this system. Lean processing emphasizes on performing thebest well-organized task in the most appropriate place and in the first opportunity to reduce waste andoptimize the processes in line with the customer’s needs. Industrial societies have long used leanmanagement to improve their processes. In addition, arrival of lean management in healthcare system hadsignificant impacts on management structure and providing healthcare services. Healthcare system canremarkably improve its performance through implementing the lean management system and provide theservices in a just-in-time (JIT) and an optimized level for the clients. This new approach system has beenestablished as a cultural strategy in order to provide high quality services at lowest price during theshortest time in hospitals. 5S system is a tool, a management system and a philosophy for changing theapproach of hospitals toward a managed and organized method. This system is a methodology whichallows hospitals to increase quality of health care with reducing errors and waiting time. 5S system is anapproach to support health staff and physicians, eliminate the current obstacles in the workflow and helpthem to merely focus on providing patient’s healthcare. Therefore, the present study aimed to introducethe establishment of the 5S system which is one of the major lean tools in the healthcare system andextend its principles with an Islamic view. This was an unsystematic review study conducted in 2012using the Google engine search in sites of journals, the Holy Quran, Nahj-al-Balagha, Bihar-al-Anwar, Al-Kafi, Kanz al-A’mal, Wasael al-Shia, and Al-khesal and using keywords of 5S system, lean, healthsystem, healthcare, set-in-order, discipline, purification, cleanliness, hygiene, purity, durability in full textsand abstracts. Approximately, 100 articles, verses, hadiths and abstracts were obtained among which 45cases were found to be related with the objects of this study. Regular enforcement of the 5S procedurescan provide a clean and sanitary environment. Moreover, efforts to establish correct habits in staff is themost important factor in accomplishing standardized and sorted workplaces and this major factor is doneby implementing the fifth technique (5th S i.e. sustaining). An organized environment is due to providehigh quality services.
