عنوان فارسی پژوهشی در چیستی سیرۀ عقلا و نسبت آن با حکم عقل
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقاله پیش رو کوششی است نوین در راستای تبیین چیستی سیره عقلا و رابطه آن با حکم عقل که در دو محور اصلی به بحث روی آورده است. محور نخست به تبیین خاستگاههای سیره اختصاص یافته و دیدگاههای اصولیان در این باره بررسی شده و نیز ضمن ارائه دیدگاههای حکما و اصولیان در باب ماهیت حکم عقل، تفاوتهای سیره و عقل از حیث منشأ و خاستگاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. محور دوم به بحث ملاک سیره عقلا از جهت علم آفرینی یا اطمینان آوری اختصاص یافته و تمایز سیره و عقل از این جهت نیز مورد توجه واقع شده است. کلید واژه ها: سیره عقلا ، بنای عقلا، حکم عقل، مصلحت نظامیه، علم عرفی.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present article is a new attempt in elucidating the quiddity of the attitude (sīra) of the intellectuals and its relation to the rational judgment, which is discussed on two main bases. The first basis is dedicated to elucidating the sources of attitude and the theologians' viewpoints in this respect are examined. Also, while presenting the viewpoints of the philosophers and theologians on the nature of intellect, the differences between attitude and intellect in terms of origin and source are studied. The second basis is dedicated to the criteria of the attitude of the intellectuals in terms of creating science or providing assurance, and the distinction between attitude and intellect is taken into consideration from this aspect.
