عنوان فارسی بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعۀ مشارکت خیّرین در ورزش
چکیده فارسی مقاله امروزه از ورزش به‌عنوان راه‌حلی برای توسعه یاد می‌شود. به‌منظور رسیدن به اهداف توسعه، می­توان از هماهنگی، همکاری و استراتژی قوی برای مشارکت میان دولت ­ها و بخش خصوصی بهره برد تا از منظر برنامه ­های ورزشی؛ بی­ عدالتی و عدم تعادل بین بخش ­های جامعه وجود نداشته باشد. در این راستا، خیّرین ورزش ­یار به فعالیت ­های خیرخواهانه­ ای می­ پردازند که می‌تواند به بهبود توسعۀ ورزش کمک نماید. از این ­رو، هدف این مقاله بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعۀ مشارکت خیّرین در ورزش است. روش تحقیق حاضر کیفی بود و از تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. مشارکت ­کنندگان؛ خیّرین ورزش ­یار، اساتید مدیریت دولتی، مدیریت ورزشی و جامعه‌شناسی و نیز مدیران ادارات ورزش و جوانان بودند. روش گردآوری داده­ ها مصاحبۀ عمیق و ملاک حجم نمونه، کفایت نظری بود که بر این اساس 10 نفر به عنوان مشارکت­ کنننده در نظر گرفته شدند. 38 مضمون فرعی و 6 مقولۀ اصلی استخراج شد. عوامل مؤثر بر توسعۀ مشارکت خیّرین در ورزش عبارت بود از: مدیریت و برنامۀ راهبردی از سوی نهادهای ورزشی، عوامل فرهنگی اجتماعی، قوانین، همکاری نهادهای مختلف در راستای کارکرد منسجم، حمایت مراکز علمی و آموزشی از خیّرین ورزش ­یار، رسانه و اطلاع‌رسانی در توسعۀ مشارکت خیّرین. همچنین نمایی از مضامین اصلی به­ عنوان عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعۀ مشارکت خیّرین ارائه شد. به نظر می‌رسد ازآنجاکه دولت به‌تنهایی نتوانسته است نارسایی‌های مربوط به زیرساخت ­های ورزشی را پوشش دهد، درنتیجه باید کارآفرینان و یا بخش خصوصی با راهکارهایی مانند خیریه در قالب ایفای مسؤولیت اجتماعی وارد جامعه شوند.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Factors Affecting the Development of Charitable Participation in Sports
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Today sports are used as a solution to fight discrimination, achieve equality and empower women and girls. To achieve these goals, coordination, cooperation and a strong strategy for participation between governments and the private sector can be used from the perspective of sports programs. There should be no injustice and imbalance between the sections of the society. In this regard, sports philanthropists engage in charitable activities that can help improve the development of sports. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to investigate the factors affecting the development of philanthropic participation in sports. The current research applies the qualitative and thematic analysis method. Participants are the benefactors of sports, professors of public administration, sports management and sociology, as well as managers of sports and youth departments. The method of data collection is in-depth interview and the sample size criterion is theoretical adequacy, based on which 10 people are considered. 38 sub-themes and 6 main categories have been extracted. The effective factors on the development of the participation of donors in sports were: management and strategic plan by sports institutions, cultural and social factors, laws, cooperation of different institutions in line with the coherent operation, support of scientific and educational centers for sports donors, media and information in development. An overview of the main themes as influencing factors on the development of philanthropic participation was presented. It results to that government alone has not been able to cover the deficiencies related to sports infrastructure and entrepreneurs or the private sector should enter the society with solutions such ::as char::ity in the form of fulfilling social responsibility.
