عنوان فارسی عامل‌‌های موثر در رضامندی دانش‌آموختگان‌‌‌‌ ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی شاغل در بخش کشاورزی استان‌های شمالی از آموخته های گرایش تحصیلی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف این تحقیق، شناخت نقش عامل‌‌های موثر در رضامندی دانش آموختگان شاغل در بخش کشاورزی است. تحقیق از نوع علی-ارتباطی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل همه‌ی دانش آموختگان ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی شاغل در بخش کشاورزی (دولتی و غیردولتی) در استان‌های شمالی کشور(مازندران، گلستان و گیلان) بود که مرتبط با رشته ترویج فعالیت می‌کردند‌ (51=N). با توجه به حجم محدود جامعه آماری، سرشماری صورت گرفت. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه ای بود که روایی شکلی آن بر پایه نظرسنجی از متخصصان و اعضای هیات علمی ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ساری تایید شد و پایایی آن از طریق تتای ترتیبی 89/0=θ محاسبه شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی از نرم‌افزار SPSSWin21 استفاده شد. تحقیق نشان داد که 9/56 درصد از دانش آموختگان، میزان هم‌سویی و سازگاری آموخته های ترویجی و آموزش کشاورزیشان با انجام وظیفه شغلی خود را در سطح خوب ارزیابی کردند. هم‌چنین، توانمندی کسب شده‌ی دانش آموختگان در زمینه های ارتباطات، مدیریت، ارزشیابی، برنامه ریزی، تحقیق و تدریس در سطح متوسط قرار داشت. دانش آموختگان شاغل، نگرش خوب و مثبتی نسبت به رشته تحصیلی خود داشتند. بر پایه نظر دانش آموختگان شاغل در سطح عملیاتی کشاورزی، اهمیت کاربرد و اولویت درس‌های اصلی نسبت به در‌س‌های اختیاری تاکید شده است. بین میزان هم‌سویی و سازگاری آموخته ها و نگرش دانش آموختگان نسبت به رشته ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی با میزان رضایت از آموخته های آنان، رابطه‌ی مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت. اجرای رگرسیون ترتیبی نشان داد که دو متغیر هم‌سویی و سازگاری آموخته ها و نگرش 64 درصد احتمال تغییر سطح متغیر وابسته‌ی میزان رضایت دانش آموختگان از آموخته های کسب شده را تبیین کردند.

عنوان انگلیسی Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of Agricultural Extension and Education Graduates Employed in Agricultural Sector in Northern Provinces from learned Field of Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing the satisfaction of graduates employed in the agricultural sector. The research is a cause-correlational .Statistical population consisted of all alumni of agricultural extension and education working related to their field in agricultural sector in the Northern provinces (Mazandaran, Golestan and Gilan). Due to the limited size of the population, the census was done (N=51). The research tool was a questionnaire, the validity of which was approved by agricultural extension experts and faculty of agricultural extension and education in Islamic Azad University of Sari and its reliability was estimated to be =θ0.89. Data analysis in two descriptive and analytical statistics was done by applying SPSSWin21. The research showed that 56.9 percent of the graduates, were assessed the alignment and compatibility of their learned with their job duty as good. Graduates obtained capabilities in the areas of communication, management, evaluation, planning, research and teaching at the intermediate level. Graduates had a good and positive attitude toward their field of study. Based on the opinion of graduates, employed in operational level of agricultural activities, the importance and priority of the main courses to electives was emphasized. There was a significant and positive relationship among alignment and compatibility of learned (with their job duties) and graduates’ attitude (toward agricultural extension and education fields) with graduates’ satisfaction .The ordinal regression showed that alignment and compatibility of learned and attitude can estimate 64 percent of the possibility of changing the dependent variable
