چکیده فارسی مقاله نقش تمرینات ورزشی در پیشگیری­و­درمان انواع سرطان اخیرا بسیار مورد توجه است.سرطان ملانوما نیز شدیدترین زیر مجموعه سرطان پوست است که قدرت تهاجم بالا و متاستاز سریع به سایر اندامها را دارد.آناناس نیز متعلق به خانواده برومولیاسه و زیر خانواده برومولویده می باشد که خواص ضد سرطانی آن مطرح است.

عنوان انگلیسی Changes in cyclooxygenase enzymes and liver tissue antioxidants following aerobic exercise and pineapple extract in mice with skin cancer
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The role of exercise in the prevention and treatment of various types of cancer has recently received much attention. Melanoma cancer is also the most severe subset of skin cancer, which has high invasiveness and rapid metastasis to other organs. Pineapple also belongs to the bromolyase family and the bromoloid subfamily, which has anti-cancer properties. Cyclooxygenase(Cox)enzyme is the key enzyme in the conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandins.In mammals,there are two isoforms of this enzyme,namely Cox-1and Cox-2,with independent genes and different expression patterns. Inhibition of Cox-2is considered as a promising and effective strategy for the treatment and prevention of cancer.The aim of the present study was to study the changes in Cox-1and Cox-2gene expression in liver tissue and tumor volume after aerobic exercise and consumption of pineapple extract in mice with skin cancer.This basic-laboratory study was conducted on32 C57mice in four groups including control, aerobic exercise, pineapple extract and aerobic-pineapple exercise.After tumor induction,the animals underwent aerobic training program for six weeks and pineapple extract was gavage at300mg/kg.The weight and tumor volume of mice were measured. After obtaining blood and tissue samples, expression of Cox-1and Cox-2genes in liver tissue was done by RT-PCR method. Then the data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance, two-factor analysis of variance and post hoc test was considered. The findings showed that compared to the control group, aerobic exercise and pineapple-exercise led to a significant decrease in tumor volume and decreased Cox-1 and Cox-2gene expression in the liver tissue in the interactive exercise-pineapple experimental group.
