عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان رضایت مدرسین دانشکده‌های پیراپزشکی، پرستاری مامایی، بهداشت و دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان نسبت به آموزش مجازی در زمان همه‌گیری کووید-۱۹ در سال ۱۳۹۹-۱۴۰۰: یک مطالعه توصیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: آموزش مجازی در دوران همه‌گیری کووید-19 رونق یافته است. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین میزان رضایت مدرسین دانشکده‏های پیراپزشکی، پرستاری مامایی، بهداشت و دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان نسبت به آموزش مجازی در زمان همه‌گیری کووید-19 در سال 1399-1400 اجرا شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، جمعیت مورد پژوهش شامل 100 نفر از مدرسینی بود که در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 در دانشکده‌های مورد مطالعه تدریس می‏کرده‌اند. ابزار جمع‏آوری اطلاعات پرسش‏نامه محقق ساخته‌ای بود که پس از تدوین توسط حداقل 10 نفر از متخصصین در زمینه آموزش و با استفاده از شاخص‏های نسبت روایی محتوایی (Content validity ratio; CVR) و‌ شاخص روایی محتوایی (Content validity index; CVI) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی Tukey آنالیز شدند.
یافته‌‌‌ها: 41 نفر (41 درصد) از مدرسین بیان کردند که آموزش مجازی را بعد از همه‌گیری کووید-19 ادامه می‌دهند، 89 نفر (89 درصد) سرعت اینترنت را مهم‌ترین مشکل آموزش مجازی می‌دانستند. میانگین نمره رضایت‌مندی در گروه سنی 30 تا 40 سال و سابقه تدریس کم‌تر از 5 سال و مرتبه علمی استاد به‌طور معنی‌داری بیش از میانگین نمره سایر گروه‌ها بود (05/0P<).
نتیجه‌‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که رضایت‌مندی کلی مدرسین از آموزش مجازی در سطح متوسطی قرار دارد. از دیدگاه مدرسین برخی ابعاد آموزش مجازی از جمله سطح تعامل با دانشجو، ارائه و دریافت بازخورد و ارزیابی تکوینی و تجمعی دانشجو نیاز به ارتقاء دارد. از این رو ارتقاء زیرساخت‌ها و توانمندسازی مدرسین جهت بهبود کیفیت آموزش مجازی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

عنوان انگلیسی Examining the Satisfaction of Lecturers from Virtual Education During the COVID-19 Epidemic in Paramedical, Nursing, Midwifery, Health, and Dentistry Faculties of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2020-2021: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Virtual education has flourished during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was carried out in order to determine the satisfaction of lecturers from virtual education during the COVID-19 epidemic in Paramedical, Nursing, Midwifery, Health, and Dentistry Faculties of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2020-2021.
Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, the research population consisted of 100 teachers who taught in the mentioned faculties in 2020-2021. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was compiled by at least 10 experts in the field of education and investigated using content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI). Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Tukey's post hoc test.
Results: 41 people (41%) of the teachers stated that they continue virtual education after the COVID-19 epidemic and 89 people (89%) considered the speed of the internet as the most important problem of virtual education. The average satisfaction score in the age group of 30-40 years and in the teaching experience of less than 5 years and the scientific rank of professor was significantly higher than the average score of other groups (p<0.05).
Conclusion: The findings of the study showed that the overall satisfaction of teachers with virtual education is at an average level. From the teachers' point of view, some aspects of virtual education including the level of interaction with the student, providing and receiving feedback, and formative and cumulative evaluation of the student need to be improved. Therefore, upgrading the infrastructure and empowering teachers to improve the quality of virtual education seems necessary.
