چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Mycotic aneurysm is an uncommon but very important complication of subacute infectious endocarditis. It is usually asymptomatic but often causes sudden and massive bleeding with high mortality rate. 99mTc-RBC scan is a noninvasive method for detection of mycotic aneurysm throughout the body. In this report two cases with mycotic aneurysm are presented and the usefulness of 99mTc-RBC scan in diagnosis of this disease process is discussed.
