چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Ectopic paratliyroid adenoma might create a clinical dilemma in patients with hypercalcemia. Radioisotopic scan is a sensitive and noninvasive method which can be useful in these patients. In this report a case of ectopic parathyroid adenoma is presented and the usefulness of TC-99m-MIBI scintigraphy as compared with other modalities is discussed.
