عنوان فارسی مقایسه مهارت‌های تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان با دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: برنامه درسی دوره کارشناسی پرستاری بایستی سبب ارتقاء سطح مهارت‌های تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان گردد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، مقایسه سطح مهارت تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان پرستاری سمنان با دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران بوده است. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی است. حجم نمونه شامل کلیه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان (70 نفر) و 120 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ‌شهید بهشتی، تهران و ایران که به شیوه تصادفی طبقاتی از ترم‌های اول و آخر انتخاب شده بودند، می‌باشد. ابزار پژوهش، آزمون مهارت‌های تفکر انتقادی کالیفرنیا فرم ب بود. این پرسش‌نامه حاوی 34 سؤال است که تفکر انتقادی را در 5 حوزه مهارت‌های شناختی مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تی و آنالیز واریانس استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین نمرات دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه سمنان و دانشجویان تهران در آزمون مذکور به ترتیب 45/2 ± 34/12 و 75/2 ± 45/10 بود که اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود (002/0= p ، 95/1= t ). در دانشگاه سمنان بین نمرات آزمون دانشجویان سال‌های مختلف اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت (000/0= p ، 28/4=60، F3 ) . در دانشگاه‌های تهران فقط بین میانگین نمرات دانشجویان سال اول (04/11) و سال آخر کارشناسی (42/12) در آزمون مذکور اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (007/0= p ، 77/2-= t ). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه سمنان از سطح مهارت‌های تفکر انتقادی بالاتری نسبت به دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران برخوردار می‌باشند. همچنین، دانشجویان سال بالاتر نسبت به سال پایین از سطح مهارت‌های تفکر انتقادی بیشتری برخوردار هستند. پژوهشگران پیشنهاد می‌کنند روش‌های مؤثر در ایجاد تفکر انتقادی، به نحو مقتضی در آموزش دانشجویان در نظر گرفته شود. واژه‌های کلیدی: تفکر انتقادی، دانشجویان پرستاری، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان، دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران

This study was designed to compare the critical thinking skills of nursing students of Semnan University of Medical Sciences with Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: In this comparative and descriptive study, 70 and 120 of Y1 and Y4 BSc nursing students of Semnan and Tehran Universities (Tehran, Iran and Shaheed Beheshti Universities) were selected respectively using stratified random sampling . The California Critical Thinking Skill Test, form B (CCTST:FB) composed of 34 multiple choice questions was used to assess the critical thinking skills in five areas of analysis, evaluation, inference, inductive and deductive reasoning. Data was then analyzed using t-test and ANOVA. Results: The results showed that the mean and standard deviation of critical thinking scores for semnan and Tehran bachelor students were 12.34±2.45 and 10.4±2.75, respectively which were significantly different (t=1.95, p=0.002). There was a significant difference between critical thinking skills scores of nursing students in different years of study in Semnan (F3, 0=4.28, p= 0.000), But in Tehran Universities, there was only a significant difference between critical thinking skills scores of Y1 and Y4 students (t=-2.77, p=0.007). Conclusion: Bachelor nursing students of Semnan University had a higher score of critical thinking skills compared to their counterparts in Tehran. There was also a significant difference between junior and senior nursing students. Results from this study and of similar works suggest that more attention should be paid to the process of education based on nurturing of critical thinking skills.
