چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: Moyamoya disease is a condition caused by the obstruction of intracranial vessels, which can lead to ischemic or hemorrhagic vascular events. Most patients have underlying risk factors that contribute to the development of this vascular disease. This article presents a case of Moyamoya disease associated with esophageal achalasia in an 11-year-old boy with a family history of the condition.
