عنوان فارسی بررسی اولویت‌های تخصصی در انتخاب رشته دستیاری و برخی از عوامل مؤثر بر آن در دانشجویان پزشکی عمومی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال ۱۴۰۳: یک مطالعه توصیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: بررسی اولویت‌های تخصصی در انتخاب رشته دستیاری، نقش مهمی در برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و بهبود توزیع نیروی انسانی در نظام سلامت دارد، درنتیجه این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اولویت‌های تخصصی در انتخاب رشته دستیاری و برخی عوامل مؤثر بر آن در دانشجویان پزشکی عمومی است.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، جامعه آماری شامل تمام دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در شهریور و مهرماه 1403 بود. چک‌لیست‌ها به‌صورت برخط در اختیار دانشجویان قرار گرفت، علاوه بر اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسش‌هایی در خصوص علاقه‌مندی به رشته‌های تخصصی و علل اولویت‌دهی به رشته‌ها جمع‌آوری گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌ مجذورکای انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: از 224 نفر شرکت‌کننده در مطالعه 131 نفر (5/58 درصد) زن و 157 نفر (1/70 درصد) تمایل به ادامه تحصیل در مقطع دستیاری داشته‌اند. توزیع جنسیتی در رشته‌های انتخابی (044/0=P) و تمایل به مهاجرت به خارج در سطوح درآمد خانواده (013/0=P) دارای اختلاف معنی‌ار بوده ‌است. 48 نفر (6/23 درصد) رشته‌های جراحی، 17نفر (4/8 درصد) زنان و اطفال، 48 نفر (6/23 درصد) رشته‌های داخلی، 19 نفر (4/9 درصد) رادیوانکولوژی و پرتوشناسی، 30 نفر (8/14 درصد) چشم‌پزشکی، 26 نفر (8/12 درصد) بیماری‌های پوست و 15 نفر (4/7 درصد) سایر رشته‌ها را انتخاب کردند.
نتیجه‌گیری: انتخاب رشته تخصصی پزشکی تحت تأثیر عوامل فردی، اجتماعی و بازار کار است. برخی بر اساس علائق و استعدادها، برخی با توجه به فرصت‌های شغلی و مالی، و عده‌ای نیز تحت تأثیر خانواده و اساتید تصمیم می‌گیرند. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به مدیران آموزشی در بهبود تصمیم‌گیری و توزیع متعادل نیروی متخصص در کشور کمک کند.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating Specialization Priorities in Residency Selection and Some of Its Influencing Factors among Medical Students at Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2024: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Examining specialty preferences in residency selection plays a crucial role in educational planning and improving the distribution of human resources in the healthcare system. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate specialty preferences in residency selection and some of its influencing factors among general medical students.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive study included all medical students at Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in September and October 2024. Checklists were provided to students online to collect demographic information as well as questions regarding interest in medical specialties and the reasons for prioritizing certain fields. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test.
Results: Among the 224 participants, 131 (58.5%) were female, and 157 (70.1%) expressed a desire to pursue residency training. There was a significant difference in gender distribution among selected specialties (p=0.044) and in the tendency to migrate abroad based on family income levels (p=0.013). A total of 48 students (23.6%) chose surgical specialties, 17 (8.4%) selected obstetrics and pediatrics, 48 (23.6%) opted for internal medicine, 19 (9.4%) chose radiation oncology and radiology, 30 (14.8%) selected ophthalmology, 26 (12.8%) preferred dermatology, and 15 (7.4%) chose other specialties.
Conclusion: The selection of medical specialties is influenced by individual, social, and job market factors. Some students decide based on their interests and talents, others consider job opportunities and financial prospects, and some are influenced by family and faculty members. The findings of this study can assist educational administrators in improving decision-making and ensuring a balanced distribution of medical specialists across the country.
