عنوان فارسی مکان‌یابی محل دفن پسماند شهری با استفاده از مدل های Fuzzy-AHP و Fuzzy-TOPSIS در محیط GIS: مطالعه موردی شهر پاکدشت استان تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: چگونگی دفع پسماندهای تولید شده شهری، همواره یکی از معضلات جامعه بشری بوده است. روش‌های گوناگونی برای مدیریت پسماندهای شهری ارائه شده است که محل‌های دفن پسماند، جدای از تکنولوژی استفاده شده در ارتباط با آن، مقصد نهایی زباله‌ها هستند. با توجه به حساسیت بالای موضوع، شناسایی مکان‌های مناسب برای دفن پسماند نیازمند تکنیک‌های جامعی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، انتخاب مکان مناسب دفن پسماندهای شهری با استفاده از سیستم‌های اطلاعات جغرافیایی، فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی و فازی تاپسیس است. روش‌ها: ابتدا معیارهای مؤثر در انتخاب محل دفن پسماند از سازمان‌های مربوطه جمع‌آوری شد و با استفاده از سیستم‌های اطلاعات جغرافیایی آنالیز و استاندارد­ سازی شدند. سپس با ارائه نظر کارشناسی و به کارگیری روش Fuzzy-AHP هریک از معیارها وزن­دهی و همپوشانی شدند. در مرحله بعد با استفاده از روش Fuzzy-TOPSIS اولویت­بندی گزینه­ها انجام شد. هریک از این روش­ها در محیط MATLAB برنامه نویسی شده­اند. نتا‌یج: با اجرای روش­های فوق 36 گزینه مناسب به دست آمد. سپس با انجام اولویت­بندی 2 گزینه به عنوان بهترین مکان انتخاب شدند که در جنوب شرقی مرکز دفن زباله فعلی (کولیک) و شهر پاکدشت واقع شده­اند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که گزینه­های انتخابی در مقایسه با مرکز دفن فعلی در مکان بهتری واقع شده­اند و این رویکرد ترکیبی به دلیل لحاظ کردن ماهیت غیر دقیق پدیده­ها، هم در مرحله وزن­دهی و هم در مرحله رتبه­بندی عمکرد بهتری نسبت به سایر روش­ها دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Municipal Landfill Locating using Fuzzy-TOPSIS and Fuzzy-AHP models in GIS: A Case Study of Pakdasht City in Tehran Province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: One of the main dilemmas of the human community has been municipal waste landfills. Various methods have been developed to manage municipal wastes in which landfills are the final destination apart from the used technologies. Given the sensitivity of this issue, identifing areas approriate for landfilling requires the application of comprehensive techniques. The objective of the present research is to select the most appropriate place for municipal wastes landfilling using geographical information systems, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy TOPSIS. Methods: Initially the effective factors in choosing landfill location was inquired from various institution and were standardized and analysed using geographical information systems. Then every criterion was weighted according to expert opinion and FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process). Then, FTOPSIS (Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method was used to prioritize the options. Each method was programmed in MATLAB. Results: Thirty six suitable options were calculated through running the above mentioned methods. Then, two options that were located in the south east of the current landfilling (in Kulik) and Pakdasht city were selected as the best location for landfilling. Conclusion: Results showed that the selected landfills are located at a better position compared to the current one. And this integrated approach, showed a better performance than others due to taking into account the inexact nature of the phenomena both at weighting and ranking stages.
