عنوان فارسی رابطه‌ی ابعاد شناختی هیجانی با پیامدهای روانشناختی جنسی در افراد وابسته به ترامادول: نقش میانجی بدعملکردی جنسی با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده
زمینه: یکی از عمده‌ترین دلایل گرایش به سمت سوء‌مصرف ترامادول، کمک به بهبود بدعملکردی‌های جنسی از جمله تقویت نعوظ و بالا بردن زمان مقاربت در طی رابطه‌ی جنسی است. همین موضوع می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز اعتیاد شود و بررسی این موضوع بسیار بااهمیت است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه‌ی ابعاد شناختی هیجانی با پیامدهای روانشناختی جنسی در افراد وابسته به ترامادول و نقش میانجی بدعملکردی جنسی انجام شد.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی و همبستگی است که در پاییز و زمستان 1402 در کلان شهر تبریز انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی مردان وابسته به ترامادول در کلینیک‌های ترک اعتیاد شهر تبریز بوده است. طی این تحقیق، 405 فرد وابسته به ترامادول در یک بازه زمانی 5 ماهه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و هدفمند استفاده شد. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های سبک‌های جنسی، ناکارآمدی جنسی، شاخص بین‌المللی عملکرد نعوظ، مقیاس سه شاخص جنسی (عزت‌نفس جنسی، افسردگی جنسی و مشغله جنسی) و پرسشنامه‌ی پریشانی جنسی، فرم کوتاه استفاده و جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش ارزیابی مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزارهای SPSS نسخه 21 و AMOS نسخه 22 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: این مطالعه نشان داد که ابعاد شناختی هیجانی با پیامدهای روانشناختی جنسی در افراد وابسته به ترامادول از طریق نقش میانجی

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Relationship Between Cognitive-Emotional Dimensions and Sexual Psychological Outcomes in Tramadol-Dependent Individuals: The Mediating Role of Sexual Dysfunction Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract
Background:  One of the main reasons for the tendency towards tramadol abuse is to help improve sexual dysfunctions, including strengthening erections and increasing the time of intercourse during sexual intercourse. This issue can lead to addiction and it is very important to investigate this issue. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between cognitive-emotional dimensions and psychological sexual outcomes in people dependent on tramadol and the mediating role of sexual dysfunction.
Methods: This is a descriptive-cross-sectional and correlational research that was conducted in the fall and winter of 2023 in the city of Tabriz. The statistical population of this research included all men dependent on tramadol in Tabriz addiction treatment clinics. During this research, 405 people dependent on tramadol were observed and examined in a period of 5 months. In this research, available and targeted sampling method was used. In order to collect data from questionnaires of  Sexual modes questionnaire (SMQ), sexual dysfunction questionnaire (SDQ), International index of erectile function (IIEF), Sexuality scale (SS) (An Instrument to Measure Sexual-Esteem, Sexual-Depression, and Sexual-Preoccupation) and Sexual distress scale-short form (SDS-SF) was used and the direction of data analysis. Structural equation model evaluation method and SPSS version 21 and AMOS version 22 software were used.
Results: This study showed that cognitive-emotional dimensions are related to sexual psychological outcomes in tramadol-dependent individuals through the mediating role of sexual dysfunction.
Conclusion: Cognitive-emotional dimensions are related to sexual dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction with negative psychological consequences paves the way for tramadol abuse. It is suggested that these relationships should be taken into consideration in the treatment of tramadol abuse due to the mediating role of sexual dysfunction.
