چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده
زمینه: رعایت حقوق بیماران، از جمله اصول اساسی اخلاق پزشکی و حرفه‌ای در حوزه سلامت روان است. درک و احترام به حقوق بیماران برای تقویت اعتماد در روابط مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و حصول اطمینان از اینکه افراد، خدمات با کیفیت بالا متناسب با نیازهایشان دریافت می‌کنند، ضروری است.  هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رعایت حقوق بیماران مراکز روانشناسی شهر کرج از دیدگاه بیمار و مراقبین سلامت می‌باشد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی در سال 1401 انجام یافت. شرکت کنندگان این مطالعه، بیماران (63 نفر) و پرستاران (64 ) نفر از مراکز روانشناسی شهر کرج در بازه زمانی 1393-1398 به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش، پرسشنامه چند قسمتی محقق ساخته حاوی چک لیست اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه میزان آگاهی و میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از از نرم افزار آماری SPSS ورژن 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بیشترین شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش 42/5 درصد در بازه سنی 20 تا 30 سال بودند. %78/8 مرد و %84/3 مجرد بودند. %89 تحصیلات زیردیپلم داشتند. آزمون تی دو نمونه ای نشان داد که میانگین نمره دیدگاه بیماران و پرستاران درباره آرامش بیمار، درک مدیران و عملکرد پرسنل تفاوت معناداری نداشت . نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، در مراکز روانشناسی کرج، حقوق بیماران نسبتاً خوب رعایت می‌شود، زیرا بین دیدگاه بیماران و پرستاران درباره آرامش بیمار، درک مدیران

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating Patient Rights Adherence in Psychological Centers of Karaj
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract
Background: Upholding patients’ rights is a fundamental aspect of medical and professional ethics within the field of mental health. Recognizing and honoring patients’ rights is crucial for building trust in healthcare relationships and delivering high-quality, personalized services that meet their needs. The purpose of this study is to investigate the observance of patients’ rights in psychological centers in Karaj from the perspective of patients and healthcare providers.
Methods: This descriptive and analytical study was conducted in 2022. The participants of this study, patients (63 people) and nurses (64 people) referred to Karaj psychology centers in the period of 2014-2018 were included in the study by simple random sampling method. The study utilized a researcher-developed, multi-section questionnaire comprising a demographic information checklist and an assessment tool measuring participants’ awareness of and adherence to the Patient’s Rights Charter. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS statistical software, version 16.
Results: The results showed that the most participants in the research were 42.5% in the age range of 20 to 30 years. 78.8% were male and 84.3% were single. 89% had undergraduate education. A two-sample t-test showed that there was no significant difference in the mean score of patients’ and nurses’ views on patient comfort, managers’ perception, and personnel performance (p>0.05).
Conclusion: According to the results, patients’ rights are relatively well respected in Karaj psychology centers, as there was no significant difference between the views of patients and nurses about patient comfort, managers’ perceptions, and staff performance. However, larger and more diverse studies are recommended to confirm the results and further generalization. Also, training healthcare providers on patients’ rights is important.
