عنوان فارسی فهم پدیدۀ فناوری اطلاعات سبز در شرکت‌های صنعتی
چکیده فارسی مقاله فناوری اطلاعات سبز، فناوری مطلوب و مکمل صنعت فناوری اطلاعات است که به مطالعات و فعالیت‌هایی در زمینۀ حفاظت از محیط زیست، در برابر زیان‌های فناوری اطلاعات اشاره دارد. فناوری اطلاعات سبز، هم از جنبۀ اقتصادی و هم زیست‌محیطی اهمیت بسیار دارد و به‌نوعی مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان‌ها نیز به حساب می‌آید. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، فهم پدیدۀ فناوری اطلاعات سبز در شرکت‌های صنعتی است. این پژوهش بر اساس هدف، کاربردی است و بر اساس نوع روش، پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی است. در پژوهش حاضر، به‌منظور بهره‌گیری از تجارب و اطلاعات اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌ها و مدیران با سابقۀ شرکت‌های صنعتی در استان ایلام در بخش فناوری اطلاعات، برای رسیدن به عوامل تأثیرگذار از روش کیفی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، خبرگانی هستند که از اعضای هیئت‌علمی و متخصص در زمینۀ فناوری اطلاعات سبز، استادان آشنا با موضوع پژوهش و مدیران با سابقۀ شرکت‌های صنعتی در بخش فناوری اطلاعات، انتخاب شده‌اند. از آنجایی که شناسایی خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران مسلط به حوزه موضوع پژوهش به‌راحتی امکان‌پذیر نیست، از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلولۀ برفی استفاده و در مجموع 12 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شد. در پژوهش حاضر برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر فناوری اطلاعات سبز، از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز از روش تئوری داده‌بنیاد استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، 72 کد مشترک از مصاحبه‌ها استخراج شد که در قالب 15 مفهوم و 6 مقوله دسته‌بندی شدند که عبارت‌اند از: 1. الزمات به‌کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات سبز، شامل محرک‌های اقتصادی، مسئولیت اجتماعی و سیاست‌های دولت؛ 2. مقولۀ محوری، شامل مدیریت انرژی و فرایند بهینه سبز؛ 3. بسترها، شامل عوامل محیطی و سازمانی، عوامل تکنولوژیکی؛ 4. شرایط مداخله‌گر، شامل حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات سبز و پایداری سازمان؛ 5. راهبردها، شامل یکپارچه‌سازی مرکز داده‌ها، توسعۀ برنامۀ فناوری اطلاعات سبز پایدار، ساختار هوشمند؛ 6. پیامدها، شامل پیامدهای محیط زیست و جامعه، پیامدهای مربوط به کارکنان، پیامدهای وجه عمومی سازمان و پیامدهای مربوط به مشتریان.

عنوان انگلیسی Understanding the Phenomenon of Green Information Technology in Industrial Companies
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Green information technology is a desirable technology that actually complements the information technology industry and refers to studies and activities in the field of environmental protection against information technology losses. Green information technology is very important from both economic and environmental aspects, and it is also considered as a kind of social responsibility of organizations. The main goal of this research is to understand the phenomenon of green information technology in industrial companies. This research is practical based on the purpose and it is a qualitative research based on the type of method. In the current research, in order to take advantage of the experiences and information of academic faculty members of universities and managers of industrial companies in Ilam province in the information technology sector, a qualitative method has been used. According to the nature of the present research, it can be said that it is practical in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of this research includes experts (members of academic staff and experts in the field of green information technology, professors familiar with the research topic and managers with experience in industrial companies in the field of information technology). Since the experts and experts who have mastery in the field of the research subject are not clearly identifiable, therefore, the purposeful and snowball sampling method was used and a total of 12 people were selected as the research sample. In this research, semi-structured interviews were used to identify factors affecting green information technology. For data analysis, the ground theory method (foundation data theory) has been used. The results showed that; 72 common codes were extracted from the conducted interviews, which were categorized into 15 concepts and 6 categories. Requirements for the use of green information technology (including economic drivers, social responsibility and government policies), key categories (including energy management and optimal green process), platforms (including environmental and organizational factors, technological factors), intervening conditions (including technology governance Green information and organizational sustainability), strategies (including data center integration, development of a sustainable green information technology program, smart structure), consequences (including environmental and community consequences, employee consequences, public sector consequences and consequences related to customers).
