عنوان فارسی کشف عوامل موثر بر مشکلات رفتاری کودکان نوپا: مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده
 مشکلات رفتاری در کودکان نوپا یکی از چالش‌های مهم در حوزه روان‌شناسی است. این مشکلات می‌توانند بر رشد و توسعه کودک تأثیرات جدی داشته باشند. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر مشکلات رفتاری کودکان نوپا انجام شد.
روش‌ها: این پژوهش به شیوه کیفی پدیدارشناسی و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با روش کلایزی انجام شد. جمعیت مورد مطالعه 20 مادر به همراه کودکان 12 تا 24 ماه در سال 1403 بودند. نمونه‌ها به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند سپس مورد مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند قرار گرفتند و این روند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت.
یافته‌ها: پس از تحلیل محتوای داده‌ها، 3 مقوله اصلی و 15 مضمون فرعی از پیامدهای مشکلات رفتاری کودکان در خانواده بدست آمدکه شامل؛ عوامل فردی-زیستی (تولد زودرس، وراثت، مشکلات جسمانی، خلق و خو، اختلالات تنظیمی، مشکلات مرتبط با دلبستگی، مشکلات رشد زبان)، عوامل خانوادگی(تعارضات والدین، اختلالات روان‌شناختی والدین، دشواری تنظیم هیجان مادر، دلبستگی ناایمن مادر، والدین سوء استفاده‌گر، سبک تربیتی والدین)، عوامل محیطی (وضعیت اقتصادی، وضعیت اجتماعی) می‌باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: مشکلات رفتاری کودکان نوپا حاصل تعامل پیچیده عوامل فردی و زیستی، خانوادگی و محیطی است. این عوامل با هم ترکیب شده و در چارچوب روابط و شرایط محیطی خاص، رفتار کودک را شکل می‌دهند. شناسایی و درک این تعاملات برای طراحی مداخلات مؤثر و هدفمند ضروری است زیرا نه تنها به بهبود سلامت روانی و رفتاری کودکان کمک می‌کند، بلکه از بروز مشکلات جدی و پرهزینه در آینده جلوگیری می‌کند. بنابراین، نظام سلامت باید توسعه برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای، حمایت از خانواده‌ها و آموزش والدین را در دستور کار خود قرار دهد تا زمینه رشد سالم کودکان فراهم شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Exploring factors affecting behavioral problems in toddlers: A qualitative study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract
Behavioral problems in toddlers are one of the important challenges in the field of psychology. These problems can have serious effects on the growth and development of children. This study aimed to identify the factors affecting behavioral problems in toddlers.
Methods: This study was conducted using a qualitative phenomenological approach and data analysis was performed using the Cloaizzi method. The study population consisted of 20 mothers with children aged 12 to 24 months in 1403. The samples were selected purposively and then semi-structured interviews were conducted, and this process continued until theoretical saturation was reached.
Findings: After analyzing the content of the data, 3 main categories and 15 subthemes of the consequences of children's behavioral problems in the family were obtained, which include; individual and genetic factors (premature birth, heredity, physical problems, temperament, regulatory disorders, attachment  problrms, language development problems), family factors (parental conflicts, parental psychological disorders, maternal emotion dysregulation, maternal insecure attachment, abusive parents, parenting style), environmental factors (economic status, social status).
Conclusion: Behavioral problems in toddlers result from the complex interplay of individual, biological, familial, and environmental factors. These elements interact and shape a child's behavior within the framework of specific relationships and environmental conditions. Identifying and understanding these interactions are essential for designing effective and targeted interventions, as they not only contribute to improving children's mental and behavioral health but also prevent the occurrence of serious and costly problems in the future. Therefore, the health system should prioritize the development of intervention programs, family support, and parental education to create a foundation for the healthy development of children.
