Explaining the model of legalization of the social rules of Hajj, Jihad and Warba in the Holy Quran   Ahmadreza Tahiri - Jalil Hassanzadeh Esfahani      abstract  According to verse 50 of Surah Ma'idah, God is the best lawgiver and divine laws are the best. This being the best, in addition to content, also includes the form and process of presentation; Therefore, the purpose of the research is to investigate the form and process of legalizing the social laws of Jihad, Hajj and Riba in order to achieve the model of social issues legislation in the Holy Quran.  Achieving this model is important in the sense that it can be used in jurisprudence, interpretation and social legislation.

  This research, which was compiled using a descriptive and analytical method, and its data was collected in a library manner, by separating the verses into main rulings and branches and in descending order, reached a pattern according to which, the verses before the main ruling, by stating the history of the ruling and creating culture, in Creating a foundation for the ruling and the verses after the main ruling, by explaining the sub-rulings, using the lever of preaching and warning, including flexibility and expressing wisdom and The effect of the decree is the completion and effect of the decrees on the obligees.
