عنوان فارسی تأثیر مصرف الکل بر سلامت باروری و چرخه قاعدگی در دختران نوجوان: یک مطالعه مرور نظام‌مند
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: با توجه به شیوع روزافزون مصرف الکل در نوجوانان، بررسی تأثیرات آن بر سلامت باروری اهمیت زیادی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف مرور نظام‌مند شواهد موجود درباره ارتباط مصرف الکل و پیامدهای مرتبط با چرخه قاعدگی و باروری در نوجوانان دختر انجام شد. روش‌کار: در این مطالعه مرور نظام‌مند که با هدف بررسی تأثیر مصرف الکل بر باروری و چرخه قاعدگی در نوجوانان دختر انجام شد، جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed، Scopus، Web of Science، Embase،Cochran library، Google Scholar، SID و Magiran برای مطالعات مشاهده‌ای منتشر شده از 2010 تا ژانویه 2025 انجام گرفت. فرآیند غربالگری، استخراج داده‌ها و ارزیابی کیفیت به‌صورت مستقل توسط دو پژوهشگر انجام گرفت. از میان 911 مقاله شناسایی‌ شده، 6 مطالعه مطالعه واجد شرایط برای تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به‌صورت کیفی و با رویکرد مرور جامع انجام شد. یافته ­ها: در مجموع 6 مطالعه واجد شرایط وارد مرور نهایی شدند. یافته‌های مرور حاضر نشان داد که مصرف الکل در میان دختران نوجوان با مجموعه‌ای از مشکلات قاعدگی و پیامدهای باروری مرتبط است. مصرف الکل به‌عنوان یک رفتار پرخطر، اغلب همراه با سایر عادات ناسالم مانند سیگار و بی‌تحرکی بروز کرده و با افزایش بروز بی‌نظمی‌های قاعدگی، سندرم پیش‌قاعدگی، دیسمنوره و حتی باروری زودرس یا ناخواسته همراه بود. نتیجه­ گیری: این مرور نظام‌مند نشان داد که مصرف الکل می‌تواند یکی از عوامل مؤثر و مداخله‌گر در سلامت باروری و چرخه قاعدگی دختران نوجوان باشد. یافته‌ها ضرورت توجه به مصرف الکل در برنامه‌های آموزش سلامت باروری، طراحی مداخلات چندسطحی پیشگیرانه و اجرای پژوهش‌های طولی با ابزارهای استاندارد برای بررسی روابط علّی را برجسته می‌سازد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effect of Alcohol Consumption on Reproductive Health and Menstrual Cycle in Adolescent Girls: A Systematic Review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Given the increasing prevalence of alcohol consumption in adolescence, examining its impact on reproductive health is of great importance. This study was conducted with aim to systematically review the available evidence on the association between alcohol consumption and outcomes related to menstrual cycle and fertility among adolescent girls. Methods: In this study systematic review which was conducted with aim to investigate the impact of alcohol consumption on fertility and the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls, search was conducted in the databases of PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Embase, the Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, SID, and Magiran for observational studies published from 2010 through January 2025. The screening process, data extraction, and quality assessment were performed independently by two researchers. Out of 911 initially identified records, 6 studies met the eligibility criteria and were selected for the final analysis. Data analysis was performed qualitatively using a narrative synthesis approach. Results: A total of 6 studies which met the inclusion criteria included in the final review. Findings revealed that alcohol consumption among adolescent girls is associated with a range of menstrual problems and reproductive outcomes. Alcohol use, as a high-risk behavior, often co-occurs with other unhealthy habits such as smoking and physical inactivity, and is linked to increased menstrual irregularities, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), dysmenorrhea, and even early or unintended pregnancy. Conclusion: This systematic review showed that alcohol consumption can be an influential factor affecting reproductive health and menstrual cycle regulation in adolescent girls. The findings highlight the need to address alcohol use in reproductive health education programs, designing multi-level preventive interventions, and conducting longitudinal studies using standardized measures to clarify causal relationships.
