عنوان فارسی تدوین و ارزیابی بسته آموزشی مراقبت معنوی ویژه دانشجویان پرستاری براساس الگوی Rothwell
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: با توسعه رویکرد کل‌نگر به سلامت، بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های معنوی برای پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای بیماران اهمیت یافته و آموزش مراقبت معنوی به دانشجویان پرستاری ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. با توجه به‌ خلأ محسوس محتوای آموزشی در این زمینه در نظام آموزش علوم پزشکی ایران، در این مطالعه، بسته آموزشی مراقبت معنوی ویژه دانشجویان پرستاری تدوین و تأثیر آن بر نمره مراقبت معنوی دانشجویان بررسی شد.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش بر مبنای الگوی Rothwell در سال ۱۴۰۱ و با حضور ۶۰ دانشجوی سال آخر پرستاری دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران، شهید بهشتی و ایران انجام یافت. جامعه آماری مطالعه متناسب با تعداد دانشجویان سال آخر پرستاری هر دانشگاه، به‌صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. بسته آموزشی در قالب فایل متنی در اختیار دانشجویان قرار گرفت تا ضمن مطالعه بسته آموزشی، محتوای آن را در بخش‌های کارآموزی مطرح و با مربیان بالینی به بحث و گفتگو بپردازند. نمرات مراقبت معنوی دانشجویان پس از آموزش با پیش از آن سنجیده شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی در نسخه 26 نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره مراقبت معنوی دانشجویان شرکت‌کننده از 94/1 به 21/4 افزایش یافت که نشان‌دهنده تأثیر مثبت معنادار بسته آموزشی بود (05/0>p)، اما متغیرهایی همچون سن، جنس، دانشگاه محل تحصیل و علاقه‌مندی به رشته تأثیر معناداری بر میزان افزایش نمره نداشت (05/0<p).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان‌دهنده اثربخشی بسته آموزشی در افزایش نمره مراقبت معنوی دانشجویان است. بنابراین، توصیه می‌شود آموزش پرستاران و سایر رشته‌های سلامت در زمینه مراقبت معنوی به شیوه‌های مختلف مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی Development and evaluation of a spiritual care educational package for nursing students based on the Rothwell model
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & Aim: In light of the holistic approach to health, it has become increasingly important to utilize spiritual capacities to meet patients' needs. Spiritual care education for nursing students is therefore essential. This study aimed to address the lack of educational content in this area within the Iranian medical education system by developing a spiritual care educational package for nursing students and evaluating its impact on students' spiritual care scores.
Methods & Materials: This study, conducted in 1401, followed the Rothwell model and involved 60 final-year nursing students from Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, and Iran Universities of Medical Sciences. Participants were selected through simple random sampling in proportion to the number of final-year nursing students at each university. The educational package was provided to students as a text file for self-study, discussion with clinical instructors, and application in internship settings. Students' spiritual care scores pre- and post-training were compared using descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS version 26.
Results: The average spiritual care score of the participating students increased from 1.94 to 4.21, indicating a significant positive effect of the training package (P<0.05). However, variables such as age, gender, university of study, and interest in the field did not have a significant effect on the increase in score (P>0.05).
Conclusion: The results of the present study suggest that the training package was effective in improving students' spiritual care scores. Therefore, it is recommended that nurses and other health disciplines receive training in spiritual care through various m
