عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش عملکرد جنسی و استرس زناشویی در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان شهر گرگان: با میانجی‌گری تصویر بدنی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده
زمینه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین عملکرد جنسی و استرس زناشویی با کیفیت زندگی زناشویی در زنان مبتلا بهسرطان‌پستان با نقش میانجی تصویر‌بدنی انجام شد. میزان کیفیت زندگی زناشویی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بسیار حائز اهمیتبوده و بررسی عوامل مرتبط با آن می‌تواند در افزایش کیفیت زندگی زناشویی این بیماران کلیدی باشد. در این زمینه، عملکرد جنسی ومیزان استرس زناشویی این گروه از بیماران با میانجیگری تصویر بدنی، می‌تواند نقش محوری در تبیین سازوکارهای پیچیده روان‌شناختیمؤثر بر کیفیت زندگی زناشویی این گروه خاص از بیماران ایفا ‌کند.
روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر الگویابی تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مبتلابه سرطان‌پستان مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز کانون مهر گلستان شهر گرگان در سال 1403 بود که از بین آنها 230 نفر به شیوه در دسترس بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های کیفیت زندگی زناشویی باسبی و همکاران (RDAS)، عملکرد جنسیروزن و همکاران (FSFI)، استرس زناشویی اورث-گومر و همکاران (SMSS) و تصویر‌بدنی کش (MSRQ) بود. داده‌های پژوهش با روشالگویابی تحلیل مسیر و نرم‌افزار AMOS24 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین عملکرد جنسی، استرس زناشویی و تصویر‌بدنی با کیفیت زندگی زناشویی ارتباط

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Role of Sexual Function and Marital Stress in the Marital Quality of Life of Women with Breast Cancer in Gorgan City: The Mediating Role of Body Image
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract
Background: The present study aimed to examine the relationship between sexual function and marital stress with marital quality of life in women with breast cancer, considering the mediating role of body image. The level of marital quality of life among women with breast cancer is of paramount importance, and investigating related factors can be key to enhancing this aspect of their lives. In this context, the sexual function and the level of marital stress in this patient group, mediated by body image, can play a pivotal role in explaining the complex psychological mechanisms affecting the marital quality of life in this specific population.
Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was conducted using path analysis modeling. The statistical population included all women with breast cancer who attended the Mehr Golestan Center in Gorgan in 2024. Among them, 230 participants were selected through convenience sampling. The research instruments included the Marital Quality of Life Questionnaire by Busby et al. (1995), the Female Sexual Function Index by Rosen et al. (1997), the Marital Stress Scale by Orth-Gomer et al. (2000), and the Body Image Scale by Cash (1990). Data were analyzed using path analysis with AMOS 24 software.
Results: The results showed that sexual function, marital stress, and body image had significant direct relationships with marital quality of life. Furthermore, the mediating role of body image in the relationship between marital stress and sexual function with marital quality of life was confirmed.
Conclusion: The findings indicated that marital quality of life in women with breast cancer is directly and indirectly influenced by a set of psychological factors. These include sexual function, marital stress, and body image, whose interactions create complex and multidimensional effects on marital life. Therefore, comprehensive and simultaneous consideration of these variables in intervention and therapeutic programs can significantly contribute to improving quality of life and marital relationships in this group of patients.
