عنوان فارسی ارتباط مراقبت‌های پرستاری فراموش شده با ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و نگرش به حرفه پرستاری در پرستاران
چکیده فارسی مقاله
زمینه و هدف: مراقبت‌های پرستاری فراموش شده می‌تواند به عوارض جدی، نارضایتی بیماران و پرستاران به‌ویژه در بخش مراقبت‌‌های ویژه منجر شود. با توجه به خلاء پژوهشی در بررسی همزمان سهم ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و نگرش حرفه‌ای بر مراقبت‌های فراموش‌شده، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط مراقبت‌های پرستاری فراموش شده با ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و نگرش به حرفه پرستاری در پرستاران انجام شد.
روش تحقیق: مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش مقطعی، از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی می‌باشد. در این مطالعه جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان شهید مدنی تبریز با نمونه‌گیری به روش در دسترس بودند. تعداد 230 نفر از پرستاران در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزارهای مطالعه پرسشنامه‌های مراقبت‌های پرستاری فراموش‌شده Kalisch، شناخت و تفسیر شخصیت Bass و همچنین مقیاس نگرش نسبت به حرفه پرستاری (ASNP) بودند.
یافته‌ها: حدود ۲۱۵ نفر پرسش‌نامه‌ها را بدون نقص پر کردند. میانگین سنی پرستاران 8/20 ± 33/84 بود و اکثر آن‌ها (69/3 درصد) مرد بودند. میانگین امتیاز مراقبت‌های پرستاری فراموش‌شده 9/70 ± 35/83، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی 11/49 ± 87/37 و نگرش به حرفه پرستاری 15/45 ± 149/20 بود. تحلیل رگرسیون تعدیل شده نشان داد، متغیرهای «نگرش نسبت به حرفه پرستاری» (0/246-=B، 0/391-=ß و 0/001>P) و «جنسیت» (8/316-=B، 0/396-=ß و 0/001>P) به میزان 42/1 درصد مراقبت پرستاری فراموش­شده در پرستاران را تبیین کردند.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد که نگرش مثبت به حرفه پرستاری و جنسیت از عوامل پیش‌بینی‌کننده مهم مراقبت‌های فراموش‌شده هستند. این امر لزوم توجه مدیران مراکز درمانی به برنامه‌ریزی برای تقویت نگرش‌های حرفه‌ای پرستاران از طریق دوره‌های انگیزشی و حمایتی را برجسته می‌سازد.

Background and Aims: Missed nursing care can lead to serious complications and dissatisfaction among patients and nurses, especially in critical wards. Given the research gap in examining how personality traits and professional attitudes contribute to missed nursing care, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between missed nursing care and personality traits and attitudes toward the nursing profession among nurses.
Materials and Methods: The present study is a cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational study. In this study, the research population comprised all nurses working at Shahid Madani Hospital in Tabriz, using a convenience sampling approach. A total of 230 nurses participated in the study. The study instruments included the Kalisch Missed Nursing Care Questionnaire, Bass Personality Recognition and Interpretation Scale, and the Attitude Scale for Nursing Profession.
Results: Approximately 215 individuals completed the questionnaires without errors. The mean age of the nurses was 33.84 ± 8.20 years, and most (69.3%) were male. The mean scores for missed nursing care, personality traits, and attitude towards the nursing profession were 35.83 ± 9.70, 87.37 ± 11.49, and 149.20 ± 15.45, respectively. The adjusted regression analysis showed that the variables “attitude towards the nursing profession” (B=-0.246, β=-0.391, P<0.001) and “Gender” (B=-8.316, β=-0.396, P<0.001) accounted for 42.1% of the variance in forgotten nursing care among nurses.
Conclusion: The findings showed that positive attitudes toward the nursing profession and gender were important predictors of missed care. This highlights the need for healthcare center managers to focus on planning for strengthening nurses' professional attitudes through motivational and supportive courses.
