عنوان فارسی ساز وکارها و دستورالعمل‎های لازم در راستای مدیریت صحیح استفاده از سموم و آفت کش ها با هدف ارتقای سلامت محصولات استراتژیک کشاورزی در استان مازندران، خلاصه سیاستی
چکیده فارسی مقاله از آنجایی‎که افزایش نیاز جهانی به غذا به دلیل افزایش جمعیت می‎تواند ‎ایمنی و امنیت غذایی را به خطر بیندازد، تامین غذای کافی و سالم، همواره یک نگرانی رو به رشد در سراسر جهان به شمار می‎رود. با‎ وجود استفاده اجتناب ناپذیر از آفت‌کش‌ها برای بهبود تولیدات کشاورزی، آفت‎ها، هم‌چنان یکی از عوامل آسیب‎رسان به محصولات کشاورزی و تهدیدی برای امنیت غذایی به شمار می‎روند. در راستای استفاده صحیح از سموم و آفت‌کش‌ها، هدف این مقاله ساز وکارها و دستورالعمل‎های لازم در راستای مدیریت صحیح استفاده از سموم و آفت کش ها با هدف ارتقای سلامت محصولات کشاورزی در استان مازندران به ویژه محصولات استراتژیک (برنج و پرتقال) می‌باشد تا میزان مصرف سموم در محصولات کشاورزی را کنترل و خطر بالقوه آن‌ها از جمله بیماری‌های ناشی از مصرف سموم و آفت کش ها را به حداقل رساند. معاونت غذا و دارو دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران با مشارکت مرکز تحقیقات سلامت فرآورده‎های گیاهی و دامی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران به سامان‌دهی میزان مصرف سموم شیمیایی در محصولات کشاورزی استان به ویژه محصولات استراتژیک (برنج و پرتقال) پرداخته و میزان مصرف سموم در محصولات کشاورزی را کنترل و خطر بالقوه آن‌ها را به حداقل رسانید. با توجه به تاکید بر کاهش مصرف آفت‌کش‌ها و جایگزینی آن‌ها با روش مدیریت کشت کنترل شده هم‌چنان هدف این پژوهش و متصدیان امور بر این می‌باشد که در مراحل بعدی با آموزش و حمایت از کشاورز،کشت را به سوی کشت کنترل شده سوق دهند تا گام بلندتری در سلامت انسان، حفظ محیط زیست، کاهش هزینه‌های مربوط به استفاده از آفت‌کش‌ها و نیز کاهش بیماری‌های ناشی از مصرف سموم و آفت‌کش‌ها برداشته شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Policy Brief: Mechanisms and Guidelines for the Proper Management of Pesticide and Herbicide Use to Enhance the Health of Strategic Agricultural Products in Mazandaran Province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Since the rapidly increasing global demand for food driven by population growth poses a potential threat to food safety and security, ensuring an adequate supply of safe and nutritious food has become a pressing global concern. Despite the widespread and often necessary use of pesticides to enhance agricultural production, pests continue to be one of the major factors causing crop damage and threatening food security. In order to promote the safe and effective use of pesticides and insecticides, this study aims to develop mechanisms and guidelines for their proper management, with the goal of enhancing the quality and safety of agricultural products in Mazandaran Province, particularly strategic crops such as rice and oranges. The study also seeks to monitor and control pesticide consumption levels in agricultural products and minimize associated risks, including health problems and diseases linked to pesticide and insecticide exposure. The Food and Drug Adiminstration of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, in collaboration with the Research Center for the Health of Plant and Animal Products at the same university, has regulated the use of chemical pesticides in the province’s agricultural products, particularly in strategic crops such as rice and oranges, with the aim of controlling pesticide consumption and reducing potential health and environmental risks. Considering the current emphasis on reducing pesticide use and promoting alternative, controlled cultivation management practices, the ongoing goal of this research and the relevant authorities is to guide agricultural production toward more sustainable and regulated farming systems through farmer education and support in subsequent stages. This approach aims to contribute significantly to improving human health, preserving the environment, reducing pesticide-related costs, and lowering the incidence of diseases associated with pesticide and insecticide exposure.
