عنوان فارسی ارزیابی پایداری ابعادی رزین آکریلیک دورالی در شرایط خشک و مرطوب در طول زمان
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: یکی از مشکلات اصلی که دندانپزشکان در استفاده از مواد آکریلی با آن مواجه هستند، تغییرات ابعادی این مواد پس از تکمیل فرآیند سخت شدن است. این تغییرات می‌تواند بر دقت و کیفیت پروتزهای ساخته شده تأثیر منفی بگذارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی و مقایسه ثبات ابعادی دو نوع آکریل خود سخت ‌شونده دورالی با مارک‌های GC و  DTVدر دو محیط خشک و مرطوب و در زمان‌های مختلف پس از ساخت، انجام پذیرفت.
مواد و روش ‌ها: در این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی، ۴۰ نمونه آکریل خود سخت ‌شونده دورالی با دو مارک GC و DTV بررسی شد. پس از سخت شدن دورالی و تهیه الگوها، ابعاد و وزن نمونه‌ها در زمان‌های صفر، یک و ۲۴ ساعت بعد با کولیس دیجیتالی با حساسیت 01/0 میلی‌متر و ترازوی دیجیتالی اندازه‌گیری شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ANOVA، آزمون t و آزمون فریدمن (در صورت نرمال نبودن توزیع) تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: در هر دو محیط خشک و مرطوب، اختلاف معناداری بین میانگین ابعادی دو مارک GC و DTV در هر سه زمان مشاهده نشد. هیچ‌ یک از متغیرهای محیط، مارک و زمان تأثیر معنی‌داری بر میانگین ابعادی نمونه‌ها نداشتند. با این حال، متغیرهای محیط و زمان تأثیر معنی‌داری بر میانگین وزنی نمونه‌ها داشتند (0/001< P)، در حالی که دو مارک GC و DTV تأثیر معنی‌داری بر میانگین وزنی نداشتند.
استنتاج: سه فاکتور محیط، نوع آکریل و زمان تأثیر منفی و بر ثبات ابعادی نمونه‌ها نداشتند، اما تأثیر محیط و زمان بر تغییرات وزنی اثرگذار است. بنابراین، نگهداری نمونه‌ها در محیط مرطوب جهت حفظ ثبات تغییرات وزنی مناسب‌تر است.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of Dimensional Stability of Duralay Acrylic in Dry and Wet Conditions Over Time
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Dimensional changes during polymerization represent a major challenge for dentists when working with acrylic resins. Such changes can compromise the accuracy and overall quality of fabricated prostheses. This study aimed to assess the dimensional stability of two acrylic resin types (GC and DTV) under dry and wet conditions at various time intervals.
Materials and methods: In this in vitro study, 40 specimens of self-polymerizing Duralay acrylic resin from two manufacturers (GC and DTV) were evaluated. Following polymerization and pattern setting, the dimensions and weight of the samples were measured at three time points: immediately (0 hours), 1 hour, and 24 hours. Measurements were performed using a digital caliper with 0.01 mm precision and a digital balance. Statistical analyses were conducted using ANOVA, t-test, and the Friedman test for non-normally distributed data.
Results: The findings indicated that under both dry and wet conditions, there were no significant differences in mean dimensional measurements between the GC and DTV brands at any of the three time points. Neither environment, brand, nor time had a significant effect on the mean dimensional stability of the samples. However, both environment and time significantly influenced the mean weight of the samples (P < 0.001), whereas the brand (GC vs. DTV) did not significantly affect weight changes.
Conclusion: The variables of environment, acrylic resin type, and time did not have a significant impact on the dimensional stability of the samples. However, both environment and time significantly affected weight changes. Therefore, storing the samples in a moist environment is recommended to better maintain weight stability.
