عنوان فارسی تحلیل نمایشنامه ی فرشتگان در آمریکا از منظر نظریه ی زیست بوم شناسی فرهنگی هوبرت زپف
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقاله‌ی حاضر به بررسی نمایشنامه‌ی فرشتگان در آمریکا بر اساس نظریه‌ی هوبرت زپف می‌پردازد و نشان می‌دهد در نتیجه‌ی تعاملات میان سه گفتمان اصلی نمایشنامه، فراگفتمان فرهنگی- انتقادی، پادگفتمان تخیلی و میان‌گفتمان همگون‌ساز، در پایانِ اثر گفتمان تازه‌ای متولد می‌شود که در برگیرنده‌ی درون‌مایه‌ها و نظرگاه‌های ژرف و نهفته‌ی آن است. تحقیق حاضر فرشتگان در آمریکا را در دو سطح مطالعه می‌کند: در نگاه نخست، به مطالعه‌ی راهکارهای مبارزه و مقابله‌ی نمایشنامه با معضلات فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی جامعه‌ی آمریکا در دوران ریاست جمهوری رونالد ریگان می‌پردازد و بیان می‌دارد نمایاندن، برجسته‌سازی و ابراز توجه به مشکلات اصلی‌ترین راهبردهایی است که این اثر به منظور ارتقای سطح آگاهی مخاطب نسبت به بحران‌ها و گرفتاری‌ها و متعاقباً از میان بردن آنها به کار می‌گیرد. در سطحی عمیق‌تر، توضیح داده می‌شود حضور مسالمت‌گرا و تفاهم‌آمیز اجتماعی کوچک در پایان اثر نمایانگر زایش گفتمان فرهنگی و اجتماعیِ تازه‌ای است؛ گفتمانی که بیانگر ارزش‌ها و آرمان‌های انسانی و بشردوستانه از قبیل نوع‌دوستی، رواداری، آشتی‌گرایی، عشق‌ورزی، احترام به قانون حیات و امیدواری است. از این رو، نتیجه گرفته می‌شود فرشتگان در آمریکا ضمن ابراز توجه و نگرانی نسبت به مسائل و دغدغه‌های جامعه‌ی معاصر آمریکا، با ترویج کمالات انسانی امید به آینده‌ای دارد که در آن انسان‌ها از هر قوم، نژاد، رنگ، مذهب و یا هر عقیده‌ای با یکدیگر و دنیای پیرامونشان در آشتی هستند و با صلح زندگی می‌کنند.

عنوان انگلیسی A Study of Angels in America in the Light of Hubert Zapf’s Theory of Cultural Ecology
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present article studies Tony Kushner’s Angels in America in the light of Hubert Zapf’s theory of “literature as cultural ecology” and demonstrates how as a result of the interactions between the three major discourses of the drama, namely cultural-critical metadiscourse, imaginative counterdiscourse and the reintegrative interdiscourse, a new discourse is created which constitutes the play’s latent and profound ideas and viewpoints. In this research, Angels in America is analyzed on two levels: superficially, the article examines the strategies employed by the play to confront the cultural, social, economic, and political crises of the American society during Ronald Reagan’s presidency. In this respect, it is argued that drawing attention to the aforesaid problems and bringing them to light are the principal techniques the play utilizes in order to promote the general public’s level of awareness towards such concerns, and as a method for their elimination in the near future. At a deeper level, it is explained that the peaceful and consensual gathering of a small community at the end of the play indicates the emergence of a new cultural and social discourse; one which is expressive of humanitarian values and ideals. Hence, it is concluded that Angels in America in addition to expressing concern about the problems of modern American society, through the propagation of human virtues, looks forward to a time when all people regardless of their ethnicity, race, color, religion and politics can live in peace and harmony with one another and the physical environment
