عنوان فارسی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران در پیشگیری از زخم فشاری و ارتباط آن با برخی مشخصه‌های دموگرافیک
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: میزان زخم فشاری یکی از شاخص‌های کیفیت مراقبت‌های سلامت و پرستاری محسوب می‌شود. پرستاران به عنوان یکی از اعضای اصلی تیم سلامت نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از زخم فشاری در مراکز مراقبت سلامت دارند؛ بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بررسی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران در پیشگیری از زخم فشاری انجام شده است. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی در سال 1395 انجام گردید. نمونه گیری به صورت در دسترس و شامل 382 پرستار شاغل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان بود. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه پیپر و پرسشنامه سه قسمتی محقق ساخته انجام شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شد. سطح معناداری (0/05>P) در نظر گرفته شده است. یافته‌ها: از 427 پرسشنامه ارسالی به محیط مطالعه، تعداد 382 پرسشنامه توسط مشارکت کنندگان تکمیل گردید (3/78 درصد). میانگین نمره دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران در پیشگیری از زخم فشاری از 100 نمره به ترتیب 1/61، 3/63 و 1/62 بود. ارتباط بین دانش، نگرش، عملکرد پرستاران و سن، جنس، سابقه کار، بخش محل کار، گذراندن دوره مدیریت زخم معنادار نبود (0/05

عنوان انگلیسی Knowledge, Attitue and Practice of Nurses Concerning Pressure Ulcer Prevention and Its Relationship with Some Demographic Characteristics
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Pressure ulcer is one of the indicators of quality in health care and nursing. Nurses, as one of the key members of the health team, play an important role in the prevention of pressure ulcer in health care centers. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitude and practice of nurses in the prevention of pressure ulcers. Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was conducted in 2016. Sampling was performed using the convenience method and consisted Of 382 nurses working in teaching hospitals affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Data collection was performed using a Pieper and self-made three-part questionnaires. The analysis of data was performed by SPSS version 16, using descriptive and analytical statistics. The significance level was considered (as P < 0.05). Results: In this study, of 427 questionnaires, 382 were completed by the participants (78.3%). The mean scores of knowledge, attitude and practice of nurses in the prevention of pressure ulcers, were respectively 61.1, 63.3 and 62.1, out of 100. The relationships of knowledge, attitude and, practice of nurses, with age, gender, work experience, work place, and courses wound management were not significant (P > 0.05). Conclusions: Knowledge, attitude and practice of nurses in the prevention of pressure ulcers was were in a relatively favorable levels. Since pressure ulcers is one of the events threatening patient's safety, managers of health care centers need to plan for empowering of health teams, especially nurses.
