عنوان فارسی شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی مؤثر بر امنیت داخلی با استفاده از روش تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره (MCDM)
چکیده فارسی مقاله علم ژئوپلیتیک را می‌توان با‌توجه به ارتباط گسترده‌ای که میان سیاست، قدرت و جغرافیا برقرار می‎کند، دانش تأمین‎کنندۀ امنیت در سطوح مختلف دانست که علاوه‌بر نقش‌آفرینی در سطوح مختلف امنیت بین‎المللی، منطقه‎ای و ملی، در سطح امنیت محلی نیز دارای نقش‎های مؤثر هستند. مقاله حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی مؤثر بر امنیت داخلی با استفاده از روش تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره (MCDM) به رشته تحریر درآمده است و تلاش می‌کند به پرسشِ اصلیِ «عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی مؤثر بر امنیت داخلی کدامند؟» و پرسشِ‌ فرعیِ «عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی مؤثر بر امنیت داخلی چه اولویتی نسبت به همدیگر دارند؟» پاسخ دهد. برای پاسخ به این پرسش‌ها، عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی در قالب 6 گروه و 49 زیرگروه مورد بررسی قرار‌گرفتند. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- پیمایشی صورت‌گرفته و جامعه آماری آن نخبگان دانشگاهی آشنا با مفهوم امنیت ملی بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر 966/0 است و برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف و آزمون تی ‌تک‌نمونه‌ای و همچنین برای اولویت‌بندی عوامل از روش AHPو TOPSISاستفاده شد که عمده‌ترین نتایج آن به این قرار است: عوامل طبیعی، سیاسی، امنیتی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی و به‌عنوان عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی مؤثر بر امنیت محلی به‌ترتیب اولویت زیر می‌باشند: عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل سیاسی، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل فرهنگی، عوامل امنیتی و عوامل طبیعی.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Geopolitical science, due to the establishment of a great relationship between the policy, power and geography, can be considered as the knowledge of supplying security at different levels, that in addition to playing role at different international, regional and national levels, has effective role at the local security level. The current study was performed with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the effective geopolitical factors on the local security by using Multi Criteria Decision Making Technique ( MCDM) and tries to answer the main question that "what are the effective geopolitical factors on the local security? And the secondary question that what priority have the effective geopolitical factors on local security of each other? To answer these questions, the geopolitical factors were studied in 6 groups and 49 sub groups. This research was performed by descriptive-surveying method and its statistical society were the academic elites who were familiar with the concept of national security which were selected by cluster random sampling method. For gathering data, the researcher made questionnaire was used that Cronbach's Coefficient Alpha is equal to 0.966 and for data analysis , Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Kolmogorov Smirnov and one sample T-test were used and also for factors' prioritizing, AHP and TOPSIS method were used that their main findings are as the following: natural , political, security, economical, social and cultural factors as the effective geopolitical factors on the local security are prioritized as the following: Economical, political, social, cultural, security, and natural factors
